They have done great work for us, from boiler tune up and repair to radiator valve replacements to heat pump installation and maintenance. I've never been disappointed by their employees or work product.

We definitely would recommend Carolina Comfort. While looking for a way to add a heat pump to an already existing oil furnace system, we asked for quotes from many different top rated HVAC companies in the area. I found that all who responded did so professionally. We asked for some custom tailored quotes from two and eventually we chose Carolina Comfort. The price was where it needed to be for us. I felt like they really understood what we were asking and came up with several options that gave us confidence in our current system, and the compatibility of the retro-fitted items. The level of communication was great. They never showed up unannounced, or left without telling us. Our lead technician was well trained and and took the time to answer the many questions I had regarding the thermostat, or how the new (to me) technology worked. Everyone we interacted with were professional, complementary, clean, and friendly. The guys who did the majority of the installation kept their work area clean and our home clean. I will be using them for any regularly scheduled maintenance or issues with my previously installed equipment. Again, we would definitely recommend Carolina Comfort, and have a lot of respect for how professional and friendly every staff member was along the way

Carolina Comfort installed a. new boiler for my 1913 hot water radiator system and installed air conditioning in my house. Both systems work fine and I get a quick response if I have any problems. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the ac installation which required running duct work in overhead spaces and attic walls
As usual, I was pleased with my service. Everything from setting up the appointment, communication leading up to appointment, and the actual maintenance service was excellent!

Jimmy came to my home and spent allot of his time explaining to me how my heating and cooling system works. While I'm not moving forward with replacing my system at this time he was truly was patient in answering all my questions.
