All wonderful- I sent a message on their website Sunday night that Piedmont Natural Gas had to turn my furnace off ( gas leak ), and I need a service visit. Early Monday morning Brittany called me in response- and scheduled a service visit for Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday afternoon Brittany called me letting me know Daniel would be on his way soon from Kernersville. Daniel was professional, kind, patient, knowledgeable, efficient and informative. He explained what was in need of repair and he pulled up my account and service contract to explain what was covered under warranty and what wasn’t. He took the time to share with me the best service plan option for me moving forward. He said he will arrange to get the parts ordered and Brittany will call to schedule repairs. Brittany called me to review costs, service plan, discounts and to let me know that the parts should arrive Friday morning so Daniel would be out Friday between 12 and 2 to complete repairs. Friday Brittany called to let me know Daniel was on his way ( on time again ). He once again was professional, kind and efficient. Repairs are complete and I will get a reminder in 6 months for a maintenance visit. I am very pleased and I would recommend them for sure. Julie
I called Bolen for maintenance on my HVAC system. It was after hours and I left a message with their answering service which was a live person and not an answering machine. I was very impressed. They asked me what issue I was having and I explained it to the answering service and also said it was not an urgent call and to please have them call me the next morning. Within 15 minutes of them opening the next morning, I received my phone call. Again, I was impressed. They explained to me that they had 2 service calls in front of mine and they COULD come in the afternoon ON THE SAME DAY! Again, I was very impressed! I received a phone call and a text saying the technician was on his way. He was courteous, informative & knowledgeable of our system and fixed our issue in no time. Thank you for keeping our home nice and cool!!
Tech showed up and took care of the maint on the Trane. Very friendly and a nice guy. A++++ his name was Matt thank you sir!

Heating system stopped working after our power went on and off multiple times, I called Bolen expecting a long wait for service since our power issue was wide spread. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to schedule a visit the next day. Daniel called the next day before the scheduled appointment to say he was headed toward my house and would be very shortly. Once here, he quickly diagnosed the problem and made sure I had some heat. I was very pleased with how quickly he diagnosed and repaired my issue for a very fair price. This was the first time I called Bolen but it won’t be the last!
Fast friendly service at a fair price.
We had a new Trane system installed on 7/14/21 and the install team was professional, kind, and thoughtful. When they left they cleaned up after themselves and when indoors they wore shoe coverings to protect my carpeting. It says a lot about this company that one of the installers was a Bolen. On 8/12/21, I encountered an issue late in the day and called Bolen. A service tech arrived within 30 minutes and had the system going in about 45 minutes. He was friendly, informative, focused, and professional. I would highly recommend Bolen, as we have been pleased with every Bolen employee we have interacted with.

I have worked with Bolen for 3 years. They installed my Air Cond unit. Everything went well, and I just signed up for their ongoing maintenance contract (for electric A/C and gas furnace). They are reliable, show up on time or call you and give an update. Service technicians are polite, and pricing is reasonable. As long as things go well as they are I will give my total business to them. They are near my home.
They are always on time and very professional. I can count on them to address concerns any time of the day or night.

Fantastic team performed a full new system installation including heat pump/AC outdoor unit, air handler, and complete new duct work in a remodeled farmhouse. They still use the hard duct for the return and main supply line. Beautiful job! Ray, Ronald and Luke were a great team and very professional. I'll be using them for all my HVAC needs in the future.
Most recently they replaced four units on my home. Clean excellent work. Prior to this it serviced my commercial property downtown for 30 years. I have used this company since My first home in 1977. It has always done things right the first time.
One employee tried to pocket one of my tools.
They do a lousy job on Servicing your HVAC unit had to get another one installed by another company they said they never did any service on old equipment but charged me a arm and a leg for old freon will never use them again .About five years ago got them to replace my blower on my heating unit almost blew my house up service tech was pulled off job the owner had to fix it!
We bought our first system in August of 2000. Jason Bovender came out and gave us the quote and the Bolen team installed the new Trane heat pump and they were great. Now fast forward 19 years, 7 months, 25 days the old Trane finally bit the dust so I called Bolen and they sent someone out to quote the new system and what was great was it was the same guy they sold us the first system almost 20 years ago. Jason gave me the quote and within 2 weeks they were installing our new Trane system. If you have any issues with your old system or are in the need for a new system DO NOT HESITATE to call the great people at Bolen Heating & Air Conditioning Co., Inc. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. They will take great care of you and do an amazing job.
