Our AC went out in October, called our home warranty company they sent some company out the fixed the AC but as soon as he left our outside unit started freezing. I called the warranty company again, they sent yet another company, that company told us it was the control panel and they would order the part, three weeks passed I called them they said it was on back order, mean while we are running the heat on emergency heat to protect our unit, or so we were told. They finally come out and it's the Wrong part. They said they would contact the company and get the right part. Two weeks later, I get a text message from the company, telling me my warranty company has assigned the repair to another technician. That company was Hoff Heating. The technician, Ozzie was out to my house the next day, assessed the problem, told my husband he wget in touch with the warranty company for approval, order the part and contact us when it came in. It was 24 hours later that Ozzie called me and asked if he could come and repair our unit. Of course I said yes. Let me tell you, Ozzie was so gety professional, friendly and had no issues with explaining what he was doing and what the part did that he put in. I ask a lot of questions and Ozzie was cool with that. He always had a smile on his face, he was very nice to be around, I hope if we have another issue that Hoff Heating will send out Ozzie. I will recommend Hoff Heating to my friends and family
My heat went out in the beginning of December and Hoff was able to come inspect the unit the next day. Within the week all the parts were ready and full installation was performed in exceptional timing with professional courteous workers and amazing quality. I can’t thank the team enough for helping get our heat system restored in the middle of prime heating season repair so quickly. Would highly Recommended their services.

I paid him $60 to tell me my heat wasn’t broken despite me being without it for over 2 weeks with it working intermittently. Another company came out and concluded not only was it not working it was dangerous to run as the control board was malfunctioning (meaning it could overflow the home with gas) and the part used to filter out carbon monoxide was not working. He advised us it was safe but if we were scared to just turn it off. We did and SHOCKER it came back on because the control board wasn’t working. Thanks to Google I figured out how to turn ur off completely. He works for a warranty company so I don’t blame him for their decision but I do blame him for saying nothing was wrong with my system and reporting that to the warranty company and they denied the claim. I had a second experience with him (again sent by the warranty company) where he said my heating element was broken in my dryer and the timer wasn’t working. He quoted me $253. Turns out there was a breaker that needed to be flipped to get it to work. But he didn’t know because he never cared to check it. More money in his pocket was the primary concern. Lazy job, condescending and didn’t care one ounce about the fact that things weren’t working properly.

I went through my home warranty and had this man to come out to fix my toilets and and put a stopper and leveler to push the stopper up & down looked under sink cabinet had water in the bottom. Now my toilet has been leaking water bill going up the tank does not fill up so it drips. Call got the answer only guaranteed for 30 days. But you did not fix what I payed to have fix..Double check his work and on day 28 - 30 check again. Ugggg would not recommend
My ac stopped cooling and I contacted my home warranty. They referred Hoff AC to service my system. Azzi responded quickly, however, the warranty company asked him to hold off repairing it until he sent pictures and received authorization from them, which could have taken another couple of days. This was unacceptable for me. After a few phone calls to Select Warranty, we were able to get authorization while he was here. Azzi waited patiently to get authorization and he fixed the problem immediately. My ac is working perfectly now. Azzi was prompt, professional, courteous and patient. Thank you!
I had my whole ac unit repaired and replaced by this company this month. The company came every day until the job was done. They kept in touch with me every or night with ordered parts and home warranty companies final decision and when they are coming to perform the service. Very good at what they do.
Was assigned to Hoff through my home warranty. Was prompt, respectful, accommodating, and responsive. Will definitely look to Hoff in the future for my HVAC needs!
GREAT VALUE!!! My AC blew up a few days ago and instinctively I contacted ARS, they quoted me over 7 GRAND! I was driving down the road and saw a little truck with HOFF Heating and Cooling on the back. I went ahead and got quoted about $2,000 less than ARS was charging me off the rip; I'd recommend this to my neighbor, family, and friends. THANK YOU!!!!
Tech was late, was rude to my wife, and couldn't help with the issue. Tried to tell us it would be an all day job and would be very expensive. We called someone else who was able to fix it in about 2 hours and was friendly. Avoid this company. edit after reply: Notice how he didn't apologize for being rude to my wife?

Azzi Hoff was assigned to me by my home warranty to take care of a plumbing issue a few months ago. He was very professional, courteous and explained the exact problem. I used outside of my home warranty since that time. I had an emergency plumbing problem the other day and needed someone immediately, and knew going through my home warranty would take a while. I called Hoff and he came within 2 hours at the end of his work day. He immediately took care of the problem. He is now my go to person for plumbing needs.
