Employees so knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Happy we found them!
Installed my unit new and have kept it working great for 8+ years
I called in at 8:30 am and spoke with Audra to setup an appt. She was gracious and we had a good conversation. Casey had installed my unit in this house when it was built. I called back in at 3:00pm because I had not heard back from anyone. I was greeted with attitude by someone named Ashley. She was combative and raised her voice. I asked to speak to the management and she told me she was it. I am sorry but I see the names of the owners and I would hope they would not act like this. I won't ever use this service as they lack all customer service or sense of urgency and complained about being busy. We are all super busy. That is a blessing! I still have no AC and now I wasted the day waiting for someone that was never going to come. If it wasn't for me calling in I would still be waiting. Ashley blamed the coworker stating, she doesn't take calls. Then why did she answer the phone? Results not excuses and decorum. If I had a way to speak with owners directly I would. I read some really bad YELP reviews but I decided to give them a chance anyways. Go check for yourself. Now to find a reputable company with service and business acumen.
Just had our AC united checked out. The office staff was professional in answering my questions & scheduling my apt. Requested the same technician, J.T., and he arrived during the time window. Checked the unit, explained what happen and gave us some tips on running our A/C unit. Real nice gentleman. This has been the 4th time Casey Services have been to our home. I will continue to use them. I suggest you give them a try. So far, so good for me. God Bless.
Casey Services is the best HVAC outfit I've ever used. They came out in April when I found my central AC was blowing warm air. I was almost out of coolant. They couldn't find a leak after coming out 2 consecutive days, so they gave me a refill at a significant discount. I had them out today (July) as the AC just wasn't keeping up. Inspected everything, washed the coils on the outside unit, checked the inside unit and believed that tapping on the TXV valve might have dislodged a blockage as the numbers went from low to within spec. System seems to be cooling and there was NO CHARGE for the visit. Awesome service! I will only use these folks for everything HVAC.
Had a delay on a part from the factory, not Caseys fault at all ,but after months of dealing with extreem temps, the coil came in,and they called us asap and installed it yesterday, we couldnt be more happy ,i keep walking by the thermostate seeing it holding at 68 degrees, thank you so much Casey services.
I can not tell you how disappointed I was to learn I was upsold $1k for a replacement panel when they added hvac zoning. They system was still under warranty (brand new home) so when the unit failed another company came out. They could not figure out the panel, even after calling the manufacture. They said it cost over $1k more than a panel that would work just fine. In addition, the vents were not directing a/c where it needed to go and they would not come out to fix it until I INSISTED the guy came out...said he did not have time!!! This was not an inexpensive project.... I think it's because I was taken advantage of because I am a single woman honestly. STAY AWAY unless you have money to burn.
You would think if they place a service sticker on your unit that they would want your business. Not the case, called them twice and spoke with the office. They told me the scheduler would call and get me on the calendar. It has been 6 days and still no call. Things have a way of working themselves out. I found a responsive and professional company that promptly came out and did the repair. I suggest Casey take a lesson from Langley HVAC on professional and prompt customer service. It’s not nice to leave your customers in limbo when they have no AC and it’s 98 degrees. Lost me as a customer.
I tried to schedule a maintenance appt 3 times with these guys. The first time, they didn't come out and they said I never scheduled anything (I did). The second time they came 30 minutes after the 3 hour window they gave me (I left after waiting 3 hours and 15 minutes). Finally, I tried one last time to schedule and left a message but they never called me back
I have been living in Wake Forest for over 10 years. I just ended a very disturbing phone call with a woman whose first name begins with A. She was not professional. This surrounds a HVAC company who the contractor of our house referred us to if we have problems. We did. The Blower Control Board is faulty. I called last week. I explained to Heather and Ashley our situation and our unit no longer producing enough heat. I called the referred HVAC company when we built our house. I had diffiiculty getting a clear response on the date and time of arrival. Spoke to 3 different people last week? TJ came and did a very good job explaining the process and the problem. He was very professional. I asked him what would be the turn around time if I purchased the part myself. I was told he was new to this company so he is still learning his way around. However, Ashley. was very rude today. She was determined to not listen with understanding. I did not choose this HVAC company. Adam Nix Construction did. I advise you to speak with someone like Debbie. She is more ratiional and willing to provide a listening ear. If it wasn't for customers, people like Ashley would not have a job nor need to be answering the phone. She quickly cut me short and said this conversation was getting out of hand so she was going to let me talk to her manager. No Ashley, you were totally unprofessional with your snippet remark about "you did not set the prices". I even told you to have a Happy Thanksgiving before I ended the call. You just didn't want to communicate properly. I get your sly comment loud and clear and I certainly hope your manager calls me so I can really communicate with understanding to someone in this office. It is terrible to know you can make a slick remark to customers. I never said you set the prices, Ashley. Furthermore, most of us are busy everyday--not just you. Part of the job is staying busy and we have to know how to deal with it and the customers who keep us employed. I b
Harry at Casey Services is AMAZING!!! He walked me through what ended up being an easy fix for my HVAC system. He was kind, patient, helpful, and professional. We will definitely be using Casey Services for all of our future HVAC needs!
I was impressed with Casey's the first time we dealt with them - they answered a call on Thanksgiving weekend and walked my hubby through a repair over the phone to get our heating system running. We felt we had found a great local service to patronize. So when the issue happened again a couple weeks later, we had them come out and replace a pump and condensation tank that was failing. The tech arrived as promised and the job was done quickly. My husband, however, was quite surprised at the cost - they charged $280+ for a $43 part; the labor charge was reasonable, but the part? So, all in all, a $350 bill. That's quite a mark-up. On top of that, when my husband called to find out the part number and brand (for our records), he was told the tech would call back but the tech never bothered to return our call. That's almost as upsetting to me as the bill - ignoring a customer is not good service.
I couldn't be more pleased with the service from Casey's. From Ashley, George, Kaleb and Yovani everyone was pleasant and knew what they were doing. They arrived on time, checked out my issue and provided excellent service. Just really nice crew. Use them!!!!
Ashley was my first point of contact. She was pleasant, competent , and listened well. She was all about getting the AC issue resolved efficiently. She promptly returned calls and communicated well to get the appointment scheduled . Caleb was my technician and he performed an analysis, determined the problem, and replaced the part. These people are personable and will expedite services to get you well taken care of. Thanks for what you do and HOW it's done.
Thank you Casey Services HVAC for getting us cool again. Your technician, Lawson is a hero! We are so thankful for the professional service he provided. Being without air conditioning is not fun and we seem to take it for granted. I truly appreciate the excellent job Lawson completed and I have already recommended your company to others. Thank you so much! Hilda and Mark Stevens, Raleigh, NC
I've used Casey Services for many years. They are a fantastic company; very thorough in their work & honest in their dealings. I was just checking out their website & was impressed. I thought it was easy to navigate, had a lot of information & gave you contact information so that you could get more specific info. If I wasn't already using Casey, I think it might have impressed me enough to call them if I needed their servicec & heck them out .
Our service call by Casey just happened to overlap with an inspection of our house by a potential buyer. After both the inspector and the Casey tech departed, we received a text message from our realtor (attached) saying that the Casey tech took the freedom to tell the inspector about a cracked coil in our HVAC - potentially costing us the sale of our home. When we contacted Casey, they basically called my wife a liar and said this was a case of "he said, she said" and refused to even acknowledge that it happened despite the text from our realtor. This company is horrible and uses horrible business practices.
The evaporator coil in my 13-year old Goodman A/C started leaking. (No surprise there.) Called Casey Services and they put me in touch with the service rep (William) who had worked on the system before. William had the model and serial number of the unit in his records so he knew what part to order without coming out. William came out the next day and had the coil replaced, system recharged and operational in around two hours. William was very professional and knowledgeable. The final cost was several hundred dollars less than a quote I got from another company. I will trust Casey Services with all my future HVAC work.
Having read the great reviews for Casey Services I called them late yesterday when my upstairs unit wasn't cooling. They were willing to come after hours but it wasn't important enough for me to pay for an after hours call so I set up an appointment for the next morning. Technician arrived on time and had the system working promptly. I was very satisfied with the service.
Great service experience. Called and someone was out the same day. Received estimate and price didn’t change. A part needed to be ordered and Caleb the technician was personally tracking it to make sure he could get it and repair ASAP. Received call backs in a timely manner. Would recommend!
