Southern Homes Heating and Air has been my go to for at least 10yrs now and I cannot say enough great things about this company. Everything is top notch! Excellent customer service, honest, and prompt! Every employee I’ve encountered is friendly, courteous professional. Very upfront and knowledgeable! They just have that something extra that makes you feel valued and not taken advantage of.
Was having issues and called (it’s Friday afternoon) thinking I wouldn’t get in till the beginning of the week. But Ashley sent a crew out right away. The guys were great! Tanner and Ethan spent a lot of time and effort with diagnostics to determine the problem. They were able to fix on the spot! Now my house is finally cooling down! Thanks guys!

Called this morning with our AC out and they had technicians out just a few hours later. They found the issue quickly and completed repair. Total lifesavers for me working from home and with my kids being here as well!

Southern Homes Heating and Air is such a great company. They are like family (the kind of family you like to be around)! They send reminders on when service needs to be completed, schedule it quickly, and when they say they are going to show up at a certain time, they are there. You don’t wait around all day waiting for them. They are so kind and professional. I am so glad we are working with them for our home.
My wife and I were very happen with their service. They did a fantastic job! Tanner was such a nice guy, and very knowledgeable. He came to the house within a days notice and got our A/C working again immediately in one visit. If we have issues with our A/C unit again in the future, we will for sure use their services again!
Tanner was very professional and did a great job. He found the problem quickly and repaired it. Southern Homes HVAC was quick to respond to our call of no cooling. I will definitely use them again and we will be starting a service plan with them.
From the initial contact with Ashley the service & follow up has been exceptional. Tanner is the most thorough HVAC tech I have seen. Will & Bryson on the install team did an outstanding job on the mechanical installation. Ashley & Justin are good people that have created a Family business that others should strive to emulate. I would highly recommend for your HVAC needs.

I believe we are on year three of renewing our maintenance contract with Southern Home Heating & Air. Their service contracts are more reasonable than others in the area (you can be sure I called around) and you get a discount on parts/labor for any repairs. I love that they remind us via text when it is time for our maintenance; I ignore my calendar notifications half the time. I can respond right then and there to schedule it. All of their techs take their time, tell us exactly what’s going on, and give us recommendations. Each person who has come into our home has been courteous and respectful. Tanner came today and he was thorough and super sweet; they hire some really awesome people! Thank you for making our home comfortable!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and the quality of the products was amazing! They went over everything in detail and answered any questions I had with quality and detail. The communication was great leading up to the installation and we received a quote within the day! They were honest and upfront and that is a hard quality to come by these days. Overall I am absolutely pleased with everything they did and will plan on using them in the future as well as sending them referrals!
They replaced the whole heating/ a/c unit and they were marvelous my elderly mother was here and they were so kind to her. Thank-you for such wonderful service !!

The best hvac company! This was the third company I decided to try for our hvac units and surpasses the others. I first signed up as a maintenance customer. I had such positive experiences each time that when our hvac eventually needed to be replaced, I didn’t even check anywhere else. I feel like I can trust everyone in the company bc they act professional and go above and beyond. Customer service with Ashley on the phone is always top notch. Tanner found a gas leak once prior to maintenance, and I was so grateful! Justin and the install team did a great job on my new hvac. Love that I can control the temp from my phone. The pricing was reasonable and fair. If you are searching for an hvac company you will not be disappointed with this crew!
