B.E. Holbrooks and their team are second to none. Had Upstairs and Downstairs units replaced all in one day. Can’t say enough about the workmanship of these guys. If you’re looking for quality work at an affordable price these are the people to call. All of the guys did an amazing job hands down. Special thanks to Byron that took the time to assist me when programming Thermostat after hours. Again, Thank you all for a job well done.
So unfortunately our house is a lemon and we have had BE Holbrooks out every month for the last 5 months with various problems, some simple, some not, I like that they bill after the fact, everything is explained clearly and what to expect in the future. Matt especially is just so exceptionally polite but everyone is friendly and communicative, they also seem to really enjoy their jobs and not be under stress from the company. Can’t recommend them enough they are my go-to for any problems!
My mother loves the chair height toliet! They had it in stock and delivered ,plus installed. Great customer service!
Fair value, extremely professional, answered all my questions neat and clean. They were a five star if not more very, very professional, would recommend them to anybody. Their communication was spot on.
Very responsive, called back b4 they even opened, Mathew kept us aware of his expected arrival, cordial and efficient. Guys do not over use him, do not Want to loose great help!
Holbrooks has always been there when needed. They always come out the same day and fix our problems. Super nice people.
Called Wednesday to set up a toilet replacement, and they were here two days later. A very quick install & both techs were very professional. We’ve used them a few times for minor issues. Brad & Brett have a great group of people around them & 10/10 would recommend.
I messaged to speak to someone about a gas line and I was told someone would contact me soon. It’s now been two weeks and I have not heard from anyone. I reached out again and I was told that there has been a lot of AC outages and that’s the priority. I feel like my business was not wanted or valued. I think it’s very rude to ignore customers!
We've used B.E. Holbrooks to replace a gas water heater and also repair a leak from our well. The crew was fast, respectful and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

When I first called about a quote to replace our upstairs A/C unit they came within 24 hours. They quickly sent me a quote with 3 different options to help fit my budget. They came to replace the unit when they said they would. Everyone was professional and they were careful not to damage my hardwood floor. This is the 3rd time we have used them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The two guys that came out to repair my oil furnace, did a fine job. Very knowledgeable about oil heat, that’s a plus in the south. Very good guys, I will certainly call holebrooks In the future. Thanks Daniel an bryan.
Great company, I have used them 2x this year. First time for a check and clean and today for a service call (90+ degrees all week and AC unit stopped working). Called at 8am and by 9:15am they had the AC working. We have used a couple of HVAC companies in the area, and B E Holbrook's is heads above those companies. Both times we had Daniel service the AC, and he was friendly and informative - great technician. Keep up the great work.
I called with an issue and they cam out with in 2 hours of calling them since my husband was off work that day. They got the unit cleaned and running like it should be. Could not have asked for a quicker response and nicer tech. The Ladies in the office are very nice and do what's best for the customer. I will deffinatly be using them again and referr folks to this awesome company! Thank you for all you do!
We're longtime customers of Holbrooks. They are very responsive, have some of the best technicians and their work has always been top quality and very reasonably priced. Their customer service is also warm and friendly when calling to relay a problem. They will be our first choice when needing reliable and top quality service.
My wife's family has dealt with them for a very long time and been really happy with their services. I have personally been dealing with them for 23 years and trust them 100 percent. They always come out in a timely manner and the charges are very reasonable. Thank you for always taking care of us!
