The capacitor on our condenser went on us on a 90 degree Friday night. Desperate, I called multiple techs in the area and every single one told me Monday was the soonest they could help. I was so thankful to end up on the phone with Accu-Rite. The women on the phone was so sweet and helpful. She called one of her techs who came over even though he had already finished his last job on a Friday night. I never seen someone troubleshoot so quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, affordable, and kind. I recommend Accu-Rite to anyone who is in need of air conditioning service!

THESE GUYS ARE TOP NOTCH!!!! I have dealt with 4 different heat pump contractors and 4 brands of systems over 30 years, and these guys were by far, the best, most professional, most responsive, and highly qualified contractor I've ever used. Long story: my heat pump failed in summertime. Even with a fully booked schedule they came out the next day. They diagnosed it as failed, and had a quote for a new system to me that night. I called and spoke with their engineer / estimator, and asked for more options, which they provided (again same day). Three days later, I find out that they misquoted my system and underbid the job- I needed a larger unit than the one quoted. I told them to re-bid, but they stated "we offered you a price and we will stick by our quote." They called the factory to expedite my order, and their guys came out on a Saturday to replace the system. They worked a 13 hour day in order to finish up same day. I can't say enough about how professional, responsive, and good to deal with these guys are. I will highly recommend Accu-Rite to anybody in need of heat pump work.
Honest and outstanding customer service, knowledge, efficiency, and pricing. B.J. in the office cheerfully and generously called me several times to give me additional information, quotes, and timelines. Michael, communicating through B.J., offered different options and accurate technical information. They put me on their schedule really quickly. The technicians, Jerry and Steve, were punctual and absolutely professional. They worked hard and efficiently and knew what they were doing. They replaced the evaporator coil in my attic and charged the outside AC unit with refrigerant. Work was as non-disruptive as possible and done cleanly and quickly. Price was really fair -- better than other quotes I got. And my AC is working well now. Best of all, no slick salesperson talk or attempts to upsell me all kinds of other services or parts. This company is the best I've dealt with. It's really great to deal with honest, customer-oriented, and all-around excellent folks like this. Can't say enough good things about them. I'll definitely be calling Accu-Rite again.
If you are looking for an HVAC company that cares about the customer, has very knowledgeable technicians, support staff that communicates wonderfully and has very fare pricing then Accu-Rite Services Is the company you want. I am very satisfied with the two systems (Upstairs & Down) that they installed and very impressed with the amount of time that they are willing to spend fine tuning (Hybrid Dual Fuel System). At the end of the day they will make you a happy customer. Thanks to Mike, Justin and the rest of the staff at Accu-Rite.

Excellent customer service and amazing values, they allowed me to buy an air filter off of them to see if it solved my AC issue before they even sent a tech out. Amazing value and amazing people. I know who I will be calling for service in the future if I require it.

Called them at 8am. Jerry Bowman left at 9:15am after fixing unit. Friendly and courtesy service given. Super great service and quick response. Found my future repair service if needed again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Mike come and engineered a Brand new system from the ground up in my house and I am absolutely impressed. From the people who I spoke to in the office to Mike the crew of guys that came out to our house. They were all very honest, helpful, kind, and professional. I had several quotes from other HVAC companies and found that I was able to do alot of upgrades for the price that other companies were charging for base line equipment. Mike gave me several different quotes from base line equipment to top of the line Carrier brand.This is a testament that there are still honest companies out there and I recommend Accu-Rite 100% hands down for any HVAC work.
Awesome experience with this company. My technician Justin was friendly & very professional! He had my a/c back on very quickly. Very fair pricing & if I ever need a/c service again I will definitely call them back!!
Grandaughter told me to call on sunday when the air went out. Within 1 hr. Steve shows up. 21 years expierence,,straight to the point, orders the part and monday at 2pm air conditioning back up....still in shock on bill below what the estimate was....these are the people to call , Thanks steve and to your employer, bless you all.....The Collins Family

My AC went out I called and within 1 hour a technician named Justin was at my house. He diagnosed my problem and had it fixed in a few hours Will definitely recommend this company to everyone !
