I am very happy to do business with Ted's AC company. My Wife and I have been looking for a business we can Bragg about, and the technicians displayed excellent customer service and professionalism in replacing our broken AC unit. Very happy with Ted's.
We had a huge water leak from our upstairs bathroom pouring water into our garage. No other company would work us in until after the holidays. From the person I spoke to on the phone to the technician that did the work, they were courteous, professional and stayed into the evening to get the job done. We are satisfied returning customers for ever!
Antonio is a true professional and very knowledgeable with his craft. Had a problem with the drainage from my a/c and was fixed in no time at all. Will use Teds for all my plumbing needs.
Sam and Grant came out to my house to fix a leaking outside faucet and to also move an outside faucet from one end of the house to the other. The work was done very professionally and very fast. Thank you Sam and Grant for your hard work!
Chris Hayes went above and beyond to fix my heating system. His knowledge and dedication to his work was truly a blessing to me. I highly recommend Ted's HVAC services outstanding work with reasonable prices. Update 7/3/2023 Antonio went above and beyond to fix my Hvac when I had another issue with my air conditioner. This is the only company I will use for my heating and air needs.

This company is taking advantage of seniors in the Roxboro area who don't have other options for their HVAC and plumbing needs. Repair services wirh this company are always charged even with maintance services!
Ted’s always gets five stars from us. Over the years we have been their customer, everyone has been absolutely wonderful, helpful, prompt, thorough, courteous and pleasant. They go beyond what is required for the job to be satisfactorily completed and are kind and friendly to our fury children. They have also been kind enough to make service calls for us - when our family members were in need of repairs after hours. Thanks Ted’s for the excellent care and service you always provide us.
Sam was my technician. I needed plumbing work done on my rental property. He called to let me know he was on his way and provided an estimate. He also was very polite and explained everything in detail.
Customer service is top notch! We had a new TRANE HVAC system installed in our home and cleaning maintenance on our unit in the shed. Every employee that I have talked with has been very kind and knowledgeable. You can tell this is a good company to work for it shows in their employees! We called Ted’s HVAC today a plumbing problem , they came right out. I highly recommend Ted’s HVAC . Amazing service and very pleasant crew.
Ted’s is super professional, respectful, on time, meticulous, and goes beyond and above to do the right thing and take great care of the customer. They were very thorough, found several issues in our multiple HVAC systems, provided options, did great work, explained everything they did and then made future recommendations to help reduce energy usage and optimize comfort. They have installed new ductless and high efficiency Trane units that are uber quiet and super efficient. Ted's has also replaced my well pump, toilets, hot water heater anodes, and relieved 33-yr old pipes from years of crud build up. The Ted’s Team is the only HVAC and Plumbing company to work with!!!
Technician Michael was very informative and nice. He was very honest in his opinion. Even though it wasn't the news i wanted to hear, he gave me the best advice. Thanks! I would recommend Ted's for HVAC services.
These folks are awesome! On time, professional and knowledgeable. I had Jake (HVAC), Sam and LJ (Plumbing) come out together and all services were outstanding. Highly recommend this company. Particularly helpful to have one company to call for HVAC and Plumbing.
I called Ted's Hvac and with no delay they scheduled me an appointment for an associate to come inspect and repair my plumbing, I'd called others they never called back to setup Mr an appointment, I'm very satisfied with the service provided with swift results and professionalism, I highly recommend Ted's to anyone with Heating, Air or plumbing needs they will be glad once they see how well Ted's does.
Richard did a great job cleaning my coil’s, installing a new capacitor, and he also discovered that the on off switch to my unit was arcing which I could have possibly had a house fire from that . Very thankful he caught that and installed a new switch . A different company had done work on my ducts HVAC last year and installed the switch. Incredibly thankful I did not have a house fire in my attic!
From the estimate to our installation the company was great!! We didn't have any air and the team worked with us to get us in as quickly as possible. The installation was very smooth, they cleaned up everything and were very efficient. I will be using Ted for all my plumbing and a/c needs going forward.
Out with the old and in with the new! These guys are always so polite and professional. Had them remove 2 old HVACs and install 2 new. No fuss, no muss.
My Technician was Richard Lovettes. Dude is great. KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!! Was able to teach me about my system answered every question I had, checked on every concern I had went above and beyond. I def owe him a beer! (If he drinks that is lol) This is my second visit from Ted's and they do proper work. Richard makes Ted's HVAC the reason I would you them again. Hands down
Used to install new water heater. Very good service. Technicians were excellent!
