My AC died Saturday night, the 4th of July weekend. I called Mitchell's Sunday morning. I spoke with a very nice, understanding lady. Within 15 minutes Keith called to say he would be here about 1:00. Keith was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. My AC was back on in 15 minutes. Both of these people are assets to your company. Charged $700 just to refill couple quarts of freon. With no warranty, that seems too much!
Richard Cash solved a recurring problem that was caused by a small pebble at back of the TRANE Filter for one of my systems. The pebble was about 1/4 inch in diameter. It kept one of the filters from sliding in completely thereby causing the power door to not close. I report this a - because Richard did a great job of diagnosing a nagging problem and b - because I want other TRANE users to be aware of this issue. The problem was not the TRANE equipment rather the debris that came from the floor of my crawl space.

We used Mitchell Heating & Cooling to replace our upstairs HVAC (Heat Pump). The process from start to finish was explained in detail, organized and professional. The install staff was knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. Install went without a hitch and all was cleaned up before they left. It was a big decision with cost of the units replacement. We made the right choice.
AC stopped working and they were able to have a tech come out same day. Oscar arrived earlier than scheduled and had the unit back up and running very fast. Thank you Mitchell Heating and Cooling!

Omg!! Amazing! Had AC go out at 6pm on Saturday of July 4th weekend when it was 95 degrees, by 7pm they had fixed my unit - so fast - so friendly!!!!

The whole process was simple, called and made appointment. Being mid June the first available appt. Was 4 days out but that’s what I expected- then Keith (service tech) arrived on time and made assessment of parts needed, he ordered and returned next day with parts to repair. Keith was courteous, timely and informative. He also really likes his job and the company he works for and it shows! It’s not common these days to find people like this. I will continue to do business with Mitchell Heating and cooling in the future .
