This place did amazing work. We had them out twice with 2 different specialist and they were both amazing. They were honest, hard working and professional. I will 100 percent use them for future work and suggest them to everyone.
Thanks to Odom Air heating and cooling, our AC was up and running again! He was very quick to come by next day and had the AC up and running for us before holiday weekend. Would definitely be calling for any services needed in the future.
This company actually returned my call THE SAME DAY AND WAS ABLE TO GET ME HEAT MERE HOURS LATER!!! I have called a ton of companies and couldn't get a even a call back and they answered and were professional, lightning fast, and very fair. My go to from now on!!
These guys are the best in the business. You can text anytime and they will respond extremely quickly. They may not be able to make it there for a couple days however they will give you advice on the spot. They truly care about their customers and don’t rip them off either like other big HVAC companies I’ve dealt with. I called Odom because I was having issues with my HVAC working intermittently. Within 2-3 hours a tech named Matt was out and he did a great job! Efficient, honest, and excellent customer service. I was also pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the pricing was for my repair. I would highly recommend using them for any HVAC needs!
