After a power surge both of my AC units stopped working. A tech was out 3 times to fix the upstairs unit, they replaced a capacitor, an electric board, and it still didn't work. Finally found out it was the actual thermostat was blown, and still was charged for the other parts (not sure if they were actually blown). Tech said I needed to replace the capacitor, board, and my blower motor was blown, and back ordered for my main floor unit. I had a bad feeling about this company, so after 2 weeks I ended up calling a different HVAC company. New company came out and got me working within an hour. None of the parts that Ultimate Plumbing & HVAC said were blown were actually blown. I'm pretty sure I was overcharged on the upstairs unit, and was definitely going to be charged for parts I didn't need for the down stairs.
Natalie, Mary and Ryan were all so very helpful and professional I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the experience. Our company generally does the "fixing" so being on the other side where I needed something "fixed" is an uncomfortable place to be, but Ryan stepped right in and took care of the problem in a timely and competent manner. The office staff and technician worked as a team and their help was greatly appreciated!
Said it was going to be $1200, came back it was $4500, didn't fix anything, sent a guy back out 3 days later, he was there 15 minutes, fixed it for 3 days, then stopped working again. A lot of money for bad service.
Outstanding service. We had a leak under our kitchen sink. Ultimate Plumbing sent Ethan to us to solve our problem. He checked out all the possible causes. Ethan determined that the cause of the leak was from the garbage disposal. He carefully removed the defective unit and replaced it with a new one. Was having water pressure issues, thought it was a problem with my well, Kevin showed up, diagnosed the issue quick and turned out to be something simple. He took the time to explain everything and was very courteous. Fantastic customer service! I highly recommend.
The company’s response time and availability is excellent. The work and people are great. I used them once before over a yr ago and had the same experience. The one disappointing thing this time was the cost was much higher than expected to do a basic job. I was quoted a very high labor std charge in person. I had a whole house charcoal filter installed that I purchased. I told them it was too high so the tech called his office and the price was significantly reduced; but still higher than expected. I wanted to get the work done so I agreed to the adjusted price. I know things are significantly higher than a few yrs ago but you have to say ‘no’ sometimes. The tech was very personable and shared other helpful info. Other than the price, I have nothing but good things to say about them.
Ryan is awesome. He was on time. He was totally professional. He diagnosed my issue within minutes and provided helpful solutions for my kitchen faucet and master bathroom shower faucet concerns. I will be using Ultimate for all my plumbing needs.
Just have to say how thankful and impressed I am with Ultimate Plumbing. From the ladies in the office, (so helpful and a pleasure to work with) to the crew that came out and did the work, (there guys were top notch). The job required re-plumbing the whole place, replacing the fixtures, and replacing the flooring in two areas. They never made me feel bad about the situation, they just wanted to help me in any way they could. They were on time, respectful, and did an amazing job for us. I definitely would recommend Ultimate Plumbing to anyone who has a need for the many services they offer. Forever Thankful.

These people will do whatever it takes to get it right. There was a glitch with my tankless hot water heater. They spent hours going through multiple steps and getting the manufacturer involved. Persistence pays off! It works great. I've used Ultimate in the past, and they have always done excellent work. They actually care!

Brandon, Jake, and Ryan helped us from start to finish when our water heater failed and made a huge mess in our crawl space. The best part was they kept our American Flag flying when they had to move it to access the well pump. Thanks for the quality work!
A couple weeks ago, I came home after work to my attic-located water heater gushing water out of the overflow drain. John from Ultimate came out that night and confirmed that the tank had cracked, bypassed the heater so we still had cold water for the night, and consulted with me on what options I'd have available for replacement the next morning. I also wanted to re-house my shutoff valve and pressure relief valve, and he gave me some options that he would be able to do without much extra expense while replacing the heater. After agreeing on what the best course of action was, he was able to quote me the replacement that night and came out the next morning with another apprentice plumber (who I forgot his name) to do all the work. He was done in a few hours, and my entire hot water heater crisis went from discovered to fixed in about 12 hours. I'm very impressed by the speed and precision of how John was able to come in and fix my problem. A previous plumber had mentioned that a water heater replacement would require ripping out my drop stair to accommodate the newer generation of tank heaters. But John was knowledgeable enough to know there were heaters that would fit, and was able to find me one quickly. That in itself probably saved me thousands! I want to recognize two people at Ultimate especially for their help. John of course was very good to work with, and I feel like he really listened to me and provided a lot of good options. I've been railroaded to one course of action by technicians in the past, but I feel like all options were available with him, he was willing and knowledgeable enough to discuss them, and therefore I feel like I got the best solution at the best time and cost available. The other person I want to recognize, who I unfortunately forgot her name, was the person that handled my initial intake and scheduling. Despite the fact I was calling at a very inconvenient time (around 7:00 pm), she coordinated all of the schedules and quickly had
Excellent service! I had an early morning emergency ( no water at an Airbnb location.) The after/before hours service was UNBELIEVABLE - fast, polite, well informed and professional. They had a technician out in 30 minutes and they kept me abreast of developments the entire time. The pricing for emergency service was so reasonable -I had to double check! Problems fixed quickly and without issue. I would definitely refer this company for superior services!
Great customer service all the way around, I had an emergancy onat the property I manage after hours and they were fast to respond and help get the tech set up! Ryan was great he figured out a plan quilckly and resolved my gushing leak fast! I will be calling them for my future plumbing needs1
Amazing!! Had an emergency, my downstairs flooded with nothing but sewer. I have had Massey Plumbing out here twice over the same toilet not flushing. They seem to never find the problem. This gentleman with Ultimate Plumbing didn’t stop for HOURS until he figured out the problem. It was a pair of tweezers wedged in the pipes! I can’t thank him enough for his dedication and hard work in figuring out the issue when the other company failed to do so. Definitely recommend!
Have used Ultimate Plumbing in the past to install new hot water heater. Needed my Backflow preventer tested. Much smaller job but delivered the same quality / professional experience. Would highly recommend them for any of your needs.
Ultimate plumbing did an outstanding job fixing my master shower. Two other plumbers had looked at the issue and indicated they would need to open the wall behind the shower to access the valve. Adam looked at it and said they might be right but it was worth an attempt to see if he could do it. He was able to replace the valve and saved us significant cost by doing so. Ultimate Plumbing were timely and very professional and their costs was very reasonable. It is the second time I used them and I was just as happy the first time. I definitely recommend calling them if you have any plumbing issues!
