Mike and his team have done work for many years for my house and at my rental houses. Price is fair and competitive and communication is good. He explains what the problems are and lays out options as if he were in your shoes making repair decisions.
Our rental and rehab company has been doing business with Performance Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC for approximately 6 years now. Performance AC came to our rescue. Our heater went out in the middle of the night. We called them in the morning and they came out within a couple hours. They were on time and polite. They figured out the problem quickly and made the repair. Seemed fair and honest. We would recommend them. Thank you Guys!
