Local technician, Jake, was on time and very helpful in explaining the service they provide. He was through and efficient. I would highly recommend this pest control company.
I’ve been using LN pest control for the last three years and I can truly say I appreciate their work. This house has been close to a nightmare since moving in, but LNPC has been so helpful getting rid of all my pests and always willing to do follow ups to make sure the problem gets resolved. I’d like to specifically say thank you to Quin. I missed him during our scheduled appt and he still made it a point to come out that same day for the second time just to help. I truly appreciated that. Would recommend.
Do you want professional/ knowledgeable and prompt service ? This is the company for you! Quinn was very professional and knowledgeable of the areas that were treated today. And his kindness definitely reflects his nice attitude!! Great guy! After the service, I received a phone call with a run down . Everything was easy and straight forward to understand. No overly high prices and you can do a month to month or 12 month contract and different packages based upon what’s needed. Talk about flexibility for your pocket! I’m happy with the service I received and would recommend them for sure ! Also , if you have termite issues and needing guidance on what to do next , they also provide that service as well separately. Thanks Quinn , you’re the best ! Also thanks Christina for your help as well for setting up and recommending the best bundle I felt best for my family! You have a lifetime customer indeed now :)
Will and the rest of the team are top notch. Called them about starting regular service on our new house and they were here the next day. Will was quick and professional. Would recommend to everyone. 10/10.
After being with them for 12 years, I decided to leave them. Vinny called me, and because of him, and only him he convinced me to return. Vinny is the very best person they could have in their employ. He KNOWS about customer service and retention.
Well worth it! We have been using LKN Pest Control for almost a year now and they have been great. We do not see any bugs inside or in our outdoor living areas, service is quick, and all of the technicians are always very friendly and knowledgeable.
Robert came today and did our quarterly spraying. He was courteous, informed, accommodating, and on time! He thoroughly cleaned all spider webs and sprayed all areas. We are very pleased with his service!
The technician who’s name is Quinn explained the process used for pest control being mainly outside of the house around the foundation due to the use of pheromones! The technician is a top-of-the-line professional who goes out of his way to make certain even the smallest detail is covered and all questions answered! I could not be more pleased with his helpfulness and expertise!
I just switched pest control companies to Lake Norman Pest Control, and Will came out the next day to do the regular treatment. I am extremely impressed by Will’s level of detail and the above and beyond initiative he took toward examining all aspects of the yard and house, including an examination of the perimeter spaces of both to identify potential issues that he followed up on after letting me know what he found. He then walked me through everything, answering all the questions I had as well. Total professional and obviously very knowledgeable. My previously used pest control company had nowhere near this level of competence or attention to detail. I should have switched sooner. Thanks Will and LKN Pest Control.
Will did an excellent job on my home. I have very high areas that get cob webs and he really was so very thorough to clean things up !

Calen is awesome! He's so friendly and looks for the critters in places I don't even know they're hiding. We've been serviced by Lake Norman Pest Control since we moved down south two years ago, as I was determined to have the Ghostbusters version of pest control around our house. I love that it's an ongoing treatment so I can enjoy being on our many porches or are on stone patio without the annoyance of bugs being everywhere or mosquitos eating us and our guests. I recently had (in between visits) a wasp situation and Calen came out to take care of it and did a full sweep of the house. I thought they were in one area, but nope...they were setting up multiple vacation stays all over my property. He found them and quickly dealt with them, promising to keep an eye out throughout the season to ensure we don't have issues. We invest in our homes in so many other ways, having a pest control service is a must. Having them be on call for pop-up issues is the added bonus that is worth every penny...especially when that service comes with a smile and a great personality.
They came out on short notice and helped us with our ant problem! Very friendly and professional!
