So grateful they were available on Christmas Eve, our heating went out during the night. Thankfully it was a relatively simple repair and we were able to have heat for Christmas!
I have had excellent service with Island Point HVAC Vinnie always returns his phone messages and arrives when he says he will be there he is one of the best hvac companies I have ever had. I recommend Vinnie to anyone who needs service.
Covid delays were expected from Trane but as soon as it arrived Vinny was on top of it. He actually came out beforehand and tweak the old system a little bit to help us get by until the new unit arrived. The unit was installed in less then a day and everything is working like a charm.

Vinnie & Steven are the best. We needed someone to inspect our system ASAP! Called on a Friday and Vinnie came out on Monday. He did a great job. Also, I called several HVAC contractors and Island Point was recommended by their competitor because they were booked up. Can’t get any better than a referral from your competition. Don’t hesitate! Had a little mix up, parts store gave them the wrong part but scrambled to find the correct one and get the job done same day.
The team did a great job. Island Pointe has supported our units for a few years which helped us squeeze a few extra out of our old unit. It finally gave out but the team was here within 24 hours to troubleshoot, get us spec’d and scheduled for a new install. Price was almost half other quotes!! Install team was great, new AC is great! Thanks!!
Our HVAC system is about 16 years old now. Vinnie from Island Point H.V.A.C Services has come to our rescue on three separate occasions now. He is always responsive, punctual, and the quality and value are excellent.
