Great service! Lots of communication, quick turnaround, and they filed for a warranty repair that saved me the cost of the repair parts.

I've used Freeze multiple times and they are always quick to respond, fix the problem, and are fairly priced. I would highly recommend them. The only issue I have is I have to pay via check vs. bank transfer. Hopefully, they can set that up soon!

Great, honest folks. Robbie came out same day and fixed my heat in no time. Another company had given me the run around, trying to convince me to completely replace a 5 year old unit and then recommended replacing a $1500 part. Needless to say neither of those options were necessary, and Robbie came out for what was a very simple fix for a fraction of the cost and had our heat working ahead of some winter weather! I would highly recommend these folks.

Called after another company said I needed new Air Conditioning Unit to replace unit over 15 years old. Freeze was Very responsive and sent Techn for next day I was available. Techn arrived as scheduled and very professional and clearly experienced. Rapidly checked existing unit and same conclusion as initial company. Requested Freeze provide quote for equal replacement unit to initial company’s quote. Freeze quote approximately $1500 less and considerably more comprehensive in what installation, permitting, etc. services would be provided. Accepted and scheduled installation which Freeze completed as scheduled with professional, experienced Technicians. No fooling around. These guys did the work, tested everything with me and out the door. Next day Feeeze rep called to validate everything satisfactory completed and working correctly. This company will get my future business and recommendations to others!!
The whole team at Freeze Refrigeration did a wonderful job with my new HVAC and air filtration systems. They answered all of my questions as I was working to decided on the best system for me and then they did an excellent job of installing it all!
Never again will I call Freeze to work on any of my AC/ Heat Units. 3 times I had them look at my unit. 3 times I got charged by Robbie and my unit was not fixed. I called a 2nd party and they showed me my unit was leaking freon. Heck, my coils were half covered in a block of ice meaning it was leaking freon... And my unit was never fixed the first time. Anyway, call some one else if you want your unit fixed. * I am now buying a new unit from some one else and having them install it. Sure wish I had my money back from Freeze, but you know how that goes.....
Great people to work with. Install a complex zone system for us, and maintain all of our systems. Respond promptly. To date every problem we have had fixed on the first visit. Result in system they installed with a replacement for an old system. New system is far quieter, less expensive to operate, and solve the problems we had with hot and cold spots in the house. Great people to work with.
Heard my furnace making an unusual sound. Called Freeze and they came right out to fix the problem. Nice quick response and really good pricing. Just signed up for their preventive maintenance contract.

Freeze Refrigeration installed new HVAC units in my home to replace the 25 year old systems that were original to the home. Several things stood out that gave them a 5 star rating. First, the weather was cold and rainy, but in spite of wet and muddy conditions outside, the crews got the compressors into place and hooked up and did it while keeping the route into the house clean. The whole installation was done in a professional manner with a minimum of disruption and they kept their work areas cleaned up throughout the installation. The second thing that stood out was the quote I received for the work. It provided a detailed listing of the equipment for each location, brand and efficiency rating options, and a detailed listing of the ancillary work needed for the installation. I received quotes from two other contractors which were much less detailed and required follow up with the contractors to get enough information that I could make an informed decision on which contractor and system to select. The three quotes I received were in the same ballpark for cost, so having a professional, detailed quote made all the difference in my selection. All in all I was very happy with the job that Freeze did.
Freeze replaced the entire HVAC system for us. They were prompt and knowledgable, recommended a good system for our needs, and were very professional with the installation. They've been prompt and helpful with several questions that came up after the system was installed.
