You have an employee recklessly driving in one of your company vehicles. Vehicle marked with an orange 45. Weaving in and out of traffic in the Raleigh area. Cut me off with only a couple feet in between me and the car in front of me, causing me to slam on my breaks. Then had the audacity to run his mouth at me and flip a finger. Not a good look with your company information and logo all over the vehicle.
Driver texting on his phone then tailgating everyone almost hit me then going 80 + mph on 16 in the rain what a jackass
Worst company to deal with, they do NOT respond when their employees cause damage! Good luck, Tina in service is beyond rude
Called Airo to repair our AC that wasn’t blowing cold air. Jess came out in just a few hours and got it figured out and working! Very friendly and explained what he did, as well as what more could be done to keep the same problem from happening again, and steps to take to keep the system at it’s best. Thanks Jess and Airo for great service!
The tech Jess came out to fix our AC unit. He was very thorough and fixed the issue. He thoroughly explained everything as well. Highly recommend them!

My initial call was handled professionally and the scheduled appointment was confirmed immediately . The repairman/company texted me on his departure to our residence and he arrived within the time range specified. The repairman was courteous, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and repaired our unit. He explained all the repairs. We will continue to use AIR for OUR HIME HVAC.

Paid 189 to fix A/C unit and its doing the same thing been without A/C 3 nights in a row afterwards. Called back in and they said they might charge another diagnostic.
