Got recommended to Native Air by my neighbor. He has used them for the past 15 years. Gave them a call to set up an annual service for my 2 units. Very professional on the phone, scheduling was easy and their annual service agreement is a fantastic price! Adam our technician was GREAT! Had our units looking and running like brand new. If you are in the Gastonia area and need this kind of service I highly recommend Native Air!
I cannot say enough good things about this company! The HVAC in my new construction home was done by Airtron - but I had some negative experiences with them, as have many of my neighbors. Native Air Realtor, so I decided to give them a call. Native Air was out to service my outdoor unit SAME Day - fixed the issue, checked out some other items in my home that I had questions about, took the time to carefully explain everything - extremely friendly staff fielding calls, and extremely knowledgeable techs as well!! I will honestly never use any other HVAC company! HIGHLY recommend this group.

The company had amazing customer services. They made sure everything was right and complete. American standard is very efficient and quiet. If you are looking for a new unit, they were fast, smart and hardworking.

My husband and I have used a few companies for different projects around our older house since we moved in a couple of years ago, and have had many frustrations in the process (sub par or incomplete work, over pricing, etc.) Native Air is the ONLY company we've worked with so far that we trust to do a great job, with great prices, in a timely manner. And all of the guys are wonderful! John has never pressured us into anything, and goes through all options to make sure we stay within our budget. Be sure to sign up for their yearly maintenance plan, especially with older systems, to keep everything running efficiently and to catch small issues before they become big issues!
The owner shannon is a con i have been in the trade for 17 years. I went to work for him because he was hiring and he decided never to pay me. Has avoided me for years and still owes me 3 weeks pay.
I just had a new American Air system installed by Native Air. I have been with them for over 10 years and since they installed my new system my gas and electric bill have been cut in half if not cheaper They have always been very responsive and quick to full fill my needs to make sure I was comfortable . Call these guys first. Don’t wast your time on anyone else. I have been fortunate to need HVAC services only occasionally, but when I do, it’s always Native Air that I call. The customer service is courteous and helpful, and the techs are friendly and honest. Their integrity is why I’ll never go elsewhere.
Had my furnace and outdoor unit changed and relocated. Everyone that spent time on this project including the owner was very friendly and respectful in all aspects. Everything on the job was done professional and clean.

Native Air has installed two new complete Trane heat pump systems in my home. Their pricing was competitive, the quality and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I continue to use Native air to maintain three heat pump systems in my home. They have been very responsive to my needs. Native Air has also installed new HVAC systems in my church and relatives homes. The feedback I hear from these customers is always positive. I will continue to rely on and use Native Air for all my future HVAC needs.
I had a family friend come by my new (to me) house and do an A/C check since the thermostat wasn’t reading what I felt was the correct inside temperature. My friend said everything was fine and just cleaned the outside unit assuming that would fix my issues. Trevor at Native Heating and Air took my phone call when I contacted them for a second opinion other than taking my friends word. He sent a guy out immediately and found out that my system had been over-charged and was possibly running liquid refrigerant through the compressor instead of vapor like it should. After bringing the levels back to normal, my system immediately cooled like it needed. It removed the humidity out of my house and made my bill almost cut in HALF that next month! I can’t speak for larger companies but I will forever trust a smaller business like this from now on. They really care about their customers
Native Air is an amazing company to work with! They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and competitive. I highly recommended them and will continue to do business with them in the future.

These guys are awesome! From the technicians all the up to the owner, they are friendly, professional and provide world class service. Having your HVAC serviced or replaced can be stressful but you won't lose sleep if you pick Native Air!

As a real estate agent and the owner of a property management company, I have had the opportunity over the past ten years to recommend Native Air hundreds of times, use them on our rental properties hundreds of times and personally use them myself several times. And consistently, they are fast, accurate and fair in their pricing. Most of all they are trustworthy, which is essential in this business.
