Excellent service. Arrived when they said they would. Knowledgeable about the repairs.
Woke up and found that my AC was not working. Called Brady Flanary and a repair tech was dispatched within an hour. The tech found the problem and corrected it and got me system going again. Thank you Brady Flanary Heating & Air Conditioning , Inc

I don’t how you got my daughter name it is Wanda and William Cutler who has the heating and air conditioner. It was serviced in October for the yearly and changing the filter. They were fine very efficient and friendly.

Brady Flanary installed our heat pump and replaced ductwork in 2013. We were impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism from the start and have continued using them for repairs and servicing Our most recent seasonal maintenance in November ensured that our system worked well through the extreme cold in December.

We have used Brady Flanary for over 20 years to maintain our HVAC systems. We are on the maintenance plan where they come by twice a year to make sure we are prepared for upcoming season. Just to day I had an issue with heat, they had a technician out in 2 hours to get me up and running. If you need HVAC service, please give them the opportunity to earn your business.

We were so impressed with the people that work for Brady Flanary. The person that answered the phone on my call was prompt and friendly. The professional knowledge mixed with decent people doing their job to the best of anybody's ability made this a painless event for us. Each person that played a role in getting our new heating and air system in was 100 percent invested in what they were doing. We got the best for our needs and I appreciate their work and their friendliness. We highly recommend this team.
Brady Flanary went above and beyond on repairing my HVAC unit. They were very courteous and professional. I was new to the area and they were the only ones who showed up when I called. Blessings to the family owned company.
We bought our home in 1978, electric baseboard heat, no air conditioning. In 1986 we had duck work installed with vents in the ceiling in the basement and ducks in the floor for the main level of our house. At the time Duke Energy had a program for high energy heat pumps. We picked the highest efficiency unit which happened to be a Trane. Replaced the fan in the air handler about 10 years ago and maybe 2 other service calls over the years which turned out to be minor issues. In May of this year the unit started making a noise. Called Brady Flanary and a technician was at our house the next day. He put a new motor in the air handler but when he started the unit up he found other problems making the repair more expensive with no guarantee that there would’ve be more issus. So I say let’s stop the repair process and let me talk with a salesperson. Salesperson person was knowledgeable, reviewed my options including repairing the old system. I felt no pressure to buy. The service charged was subtracted from the cost of the new unit. On May 19,2022 Brady and Flanary installed a top of the line Trane heat pump. They were professional, organized, clean and polite as I was in there immediately work area most of the day. I highly recommend these installation guys. I wish I had written there names down! I usually don’t write reviews. Today is October 25, 1922. We have nonthing but good things to say about our Trane product and the Brady and Flanary HVAC company. The old Trane unit served us well over the years. We expected the new system to match the old system and it does. The one big thing we noticed almost immediately was how our house was so much more comfortable. The air circulation is so much better. We had no clue that the air circulation would make such a difference. Thank you Art and Cindy
I appreciate the communication they have when they are on their way. I love the work they do when they come to clean and repair. I love how friendly they are when they are here. I have only good things to say all around for them. They are appreciated greatly.
Patrick and his team of Bradley and Austin once again came to our rescue. We made the mistake of letting another company that sent a coupon come to service the AC. He was supposed to be a technician but only wanted to talk about replacing the entire system. Austin and Bradley came and had the AC running again in less than an hour. Learned our lesson and will only be calling Brady Flanery in the future. We have been pleased with their service for many years now.
I'm very happy with the installation that was done. Excellent service by Patrick and Adam. These guys did amazing job and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work/installation.
