Along with our maintenance service the technician detected a problem with the wiring due to a rodent’s nest. They were back the next day and took care of the repairs with no issue. All is working perfectly fine. As always, all the techs that we’ve had have been incredibly nice, professional and always try to do their best for us. The receptionists are as welcoming as can be . We love Absolute Comfort.

We have been using Absolute Comfort for 6-7 years. We decided to work with them because of their approach while we were seeking a 2nd opinion on the repair of our system. They were able to repair the system and it is still being serviced annually by Absolute Comfort. My husband and I were reflecting on what a pleasure it is to speak with each technician that comes to the house. No pushy sales and honest explanations of what going on with our system. So refreshing!

4 courteous workers arrived as expected and started work without any delay or nonsense. They worked straight through and finished without any problems. This will always be my HVAC contractor of choice.
Eric came on time and explained in detail the steps he was doing to maintain our two systems. Most importantly he gave an honest evaluation on the condition and performance of our system and did not try to push us into replacing it even though we have an older system. He left that decision up to us and offered to have someone from Absolute come out to give us a detailed quote when we feel ready to take that step, but Eric assured me that through proper maintenance these systems have a lot of life left in them. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism of Eric. You don’t see that today and it shows that Absolute is a very reputable company. I’m glad we made the switch and are now using them!

Jake (technician) not only completed the requested service of installing two smart thermostats but he walked me through the process as he worked. He explained the steps and informed me of things to watch for to maintain the overall function of my system. He even followed up the next day to make sure I was pleased with the work. Absolute Comfort was also the only company that would give me a quote for the work prior to coming to my house. All others refused to give me an idea of cost but would send a technician to my house for $89-$100 and then they could tell me what the service would cost.
I searched for over a year interviewing many companies and settled on Absolute Comfort after someone else recommended them. I could not be more please. The owner was wonderful and informative and patiently answered all my questions. I had researched what you should look for when an HVAC company is assessing your home and needs. He ticked all the boxes. The workmen that installed the unit were very efficient and completed it in one day and were very careful of my floors and furnishings. When I had difficulty with the thermostat a week later (because I didn't understand how to program it) they sent a tech out within a couple of hours who patiently explained what I needed to know without talking down to me. The office staff is wonderful and very responsive and actually delivers messages to the proper person in a timely manner. Something that I do not often encounter with other companies. All in all I highly recommend Absolute Comfort. My system has been in place for over 4 months through the cold winter months and I have never been warmer in this house.
On 5 Jan 2023, two techs from Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling came to my home to inspect two furnaces. We just moved here, so we wanted a clean bill-of-health on our heating system and Absolute didn't disappoint. They were courteous, professional and did exactly what they came out to do. We'll definitely use them again in the future.

I noticed condensate was leaking from the furnace exhaust Absolute installed in 2019. I left a message, Kelly called back within 30 minutes and arranged to have technicians come and evaluate the issue this afternoon. They arrived when they say they would. Did the job in 15 minutes and we’re gone. Service like this why Absolute is the Absolute best.

I called Absolute Comfort for a second-opinion after being told by another company that I needed a new HVAC system. Absolute Comfort sent a technician (the very next day) who thoroughly checked my system and told me that everything was working perfectly. I know I have an aging system and replacement is in the not too distant future, but I also now know to call Absolute Comfort when that time comes! Thank you for putting my mind at rest and for your care and integrity.
