Best Air has excellent customer service! From the installation of my new HVAC a couple of years ago to service calls Daniel is the best I’ve ever dealt with. I live in Atlanta but have a home in Fayetteville my mom lives in, every time I’ve called with a problem or to schedule service Daniel always handles things in a timely manner and is professional, it’s a breath of fresh air to have good customer service these days. They are very professional and know what they are doing. And they are very friendly. Even though they work outside in the worst temperatures and conditions. It’s hard to trust a business nowadays, but I do trust Best Air.

Best Air is awesome! I own an investment property in Hope Mills, but reside out of state. Best Air performs my annual HVAC service for the property and they just very quickly resolved an HVAC issue for our tenant. Literally within an hour of calling! Highly recommend to anyone in the market for HVAC services/repairs. Excellent customer service 💯
10000000% recommend! Called and Daniel was out in less than 24 hours. Wouldve been same day, but that was my fault. I was very stressed that the repair would be thousands, but it wasn't even in the hundreds. Call him first, you won't be disappointed. 🤞🤞🤞

Best Air is the absolute BEST HVAC team in the area! Our compressor went out on our system. We had a previous HVAC team come out and attempt to diagnose the problem with no clue what they were doing! Best Air came out promptly and got the issue diagnosed and fixed extremely quick. Extremely professional and provided excellent customer service! If you’re looking for an HVAC team that’s the real deal look no further!
The owner values the customer. It was refreshing to get someone on the line that cares about you and solves the problem for you. Owner has a lot of experience installing and repairing different kinds of thermostats. Owner is also very professional, responsive, and I plan to use again if need be.

What can I say…. These guys are amazing in more ways than one!! Honest!! Friendly!! Will come and help at the drop off a dime and will not rip you off!!! I will be using Daniel and his team for all my HVAC issues. He is honest, reasonably priced, and professional. I had another company come to my house telling me I needed to replace my entire unit, which wasn’t necessary. Daniel fixed my problem SAME day and saved me tons of money. Thank you!
Best Air will be my one and only HVAC company to call. Mr Daniel tells the true and explains in full detail. I have been dealing with my unit since October from other companies that I can't mention, believe me more than one. Best Air service is the number one HVAC company in this area.
there is nobody else in town I would use! I have my home and several rental properties, and Daniel has been nothing but prompt, knowledgeable, and available for me anytime I have called. It is Saturday AND Christmas Eve and we woke up this morning to 12° weather outside and a heating system that conked out. I called Daniel, knowing that he has always been available to me. But thinking with it being Saturday and Christmas Eve I might not hear from him. Within two hours he was here and fixing my system. We are now cozy and warm, and will get to host our Christmas day. Thanks to him. Once again, he and his company have saved the day! Thank you for being such an amazing company in a time when workmanship has seemed to have gone downhill quickly! your company is truly one of the few shining lights.

I'm very impressed by Best Air! This was my first time using them, and I had a tripped float switch that kept turning my whole HVAC system off. I called at 9 pm last night, prepared to leave a voicemail for someone to hopefully return my call the next day and I was shocked when someone answered the phone that late. I'm not sure who I spoke to but he was very courteous and told me that he may be able to fit me in the next morning. Sure enough, I received a call at 8 am this morning and David was able to come out before I needed to leave for work. He was professional, quick, kind, and had my A/C repaired all within 30 mins, so I was able to make it to work on time and come home to a cool house. I'd highly recommend Best Air and plan to use them again in the future (hopefully I won't have to! LOL)
Contacted Best Air due to A/C not turning on in one of the hottest months of the year. Daniel was quick to answer when I called and came out same day. He was personable, professional, and worked quickly to restore A/C to our home. I highly recommend them and will be using them again! Pricing was reasonable!
