Jonathon Ortega came out to inspect our outdoor heater which had stopped working. After a very thorough search he found the root of the problem and went over and beyond to repair it. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and polite as well.

OUTSTANDING Electric & HVAC support. When other vendors fled, LaTour ran our way. They did an outstanding job of Electric and HVAC system installation. ALL government standards were exceeded. Our AC went out and LaTour electric came out the same day and came back early the next day with the part that was needed and fixed it promptly! Great customer service and quality! Highly recommend!
Saturday service call for power lost in some rooms. Owner of the company came out at 630 pm on a Saturday. Quickly fixed the burnt wire in our panel box and was even nice enough to educate us on the issue and advice using baseboard heaters vs space heaters in bedrooms. Very nice and professional! Would recommend and use again
LEI is a top notch, very professional organization with very knowledgeable staff. Caleb and Justin did very good work as did the the crew that came to assist with the installation of my bathroom exhaust fans. I had a long list of things that needed doing and they tackled the job with no hesitation. I would highly recommend LaTour Electric Inc. to anyone looking for electrical, HVAC, remodeling, etc. They cover a vast array of services and I have used them multiple times and will continue to use them in the future. I have used this electrical company various times, to rewire outlets, add outlets to my office, also do upgrades to add new machines. They have always been on time, super professional and friendly. Exactly do what they say they are going to do and they clean up after themselves. I don’t have to go back and check on their work. That’s how great they are, which is hard to find these days. I recommend them to anyone in the burlington, Gibsonville or greensboro area. Their prices are also very reasonable.
I will not complain about this company, the service i wanted was for a generator hook up at my rental house, i did not want to pay the price they were asking.

LaTour rerouted some of our electrical, installed a new breaker and outlet, as well as installed an exhaust fan in our older home. Everyone was very professional, great customer service, timely, and very prompt on the day of the appointment. Charles and his assistant did great work and for a reasonable price. All of this was done in under 3 hours. I would highly recommend and would definitely call again.
