JD plumbing offer professional quality service at a reasonable price. They are always on time. My plumbing service of choice.
We had our ancient water heater die over the 4th of July weekend. No one else could get anyone out till 7/11 or later. JD Service got us a tech same-day, and even a new install. Theron, our tech, also helped us figure out an unrelated water filter issue. I’m very happy with how responsive they were and I felt the pricing was fair.

Just wanted to share a great experience with this plumbing repair company. I called yesterday, scheduled an 8 am appointment for today. The technician, Josh, was here for an hour and resolved all issues. Very informative, professional and reasonably priced. No upcharge for a weekend holiday call.
Casey identified the cause of our intermittent heat pump failure and resolved it immediately. The issue was one that we would not have thought of ourselves. The downside is that it took more than three days for a technician to become available. JDService may be somewhat overextended at the present time.
Work was done in about an hour I’d say. Charged $550 for the work. I’d say decent price could have been cheaper. But overall good experience
So the job was to hardwire a new Finnish style barrel sauna to the electrical system of a nearly 100 year old house. And it was achieved with great success! There were, of course, a few hiccups but JD Service Now really had the expertise to know how to handle them (and with upfront pricing, these didn't change the quoted total). But what truly sets this company above other electricians is Steve. A genuinely nice and polite guy, he was always on time and made sure we knew what was happening in each step of the process and went above and beyond in the summer heat to make sure the project got done. We liked the overall culture of the company so much we signed up for their home maintenance program (and the 10% saved paid for the membership for the two years.)
Our technician, Mark, was very professional. He explained all of the options I had for service on my bathtub faucet. He did the repair and explained everything too! A+
Lewis Compton, Eric, and the new person were great! Super professional and friendly. Lewis knows some great songs too! They got the job done quickly and fixed the issues we had with past installation. Will definitely be trusting JD Service Now for future electrical needs!
The technician (Shane) gave a full report (with pictures and all) on the problem he found with the AC unit. Explain in detail what needed to be done and the costs and time required to solve the issue. No surprises, no hidden charges. I'm super confident recommending JD Service Now.

This review speaks directly with a repair scheduled and made 6.21. The communication team, Elizabeth and Kia, kept me in the loop as to the availability (or not) of the technicians. Josh came out the same day and quickly resolved the problem. Since the repair didn't require as much work as the estimate, he reduced the price accordingly. I'll be calling JD Service Now next time I have plumbing issue for sure.
Urgent problem with HWH leak. Vincent quickly found the problem and fixed it. Impressed with both him and JD Services. Will use again. June, 2023 Had another problem today with house water pressure reduction valve. Dom did a great job, very personable and professional, fixed the problem. Recommend.
Wonderful service! William was professional & thorough. The company was timely & supportive in getting my one & only shower fully operational. Will was professional and did a professional job. He had several options for us to determine which best met our needs for repairing our well pump.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! After requesting service by booking an appointment through the website 5 days in advance, someone called within 12 hours of the appointment time to reschedule due to no availability. Excuse after excuse was made and the only date available was for 72 hours after requested appointment, even when the website allows booking earlier. They are not reliable, honest, or focused on the customer.
Mike, did a great job repairing the broken duct. Explaining everything that needed to be done. Giving me options for future changes to our system. Professional and respectful. Will definitely use JD Services again.
