Technician who stoped by behaved more like a salesman than someone who came to fix the issue. Diagnosis was provided without even looking at the unit or thermostat. After we kindly asked him several times to still examine the unit, he found 2 more issues that needed fixing. At that time, he and ARS lost all credibility, and we went with small contractor who fixed everything for 1/3 of a price.
ARS and the technician was absolutely outstanding in working with. They were on time and thoroughly explained and diagnosed the issues with my neighbors AC system. Very pleased with the customer service and the whole process. Thanks ARS.
Carlos came out on the day of my AC emergency the day before the July 4th holiday. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my system and immediately set to work fixing it in horrible temperatures outside and in my addict. Kept me updated on what he was doing and finished the job in a timely manner. Stuck around to make sure the unit was cooling. Very pleased with his help and work ethic!

Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was thorough, respectful and professional. Pricing was fair and transparent.
Derrick arrived during the scheduled time. I was glad that he was assigned to our service call since he had previously serviced our HVAC system. He quickly determined that the capacitor on the condensing unit was bad and replaced it. The system immediately came back on after power was turned on.

It started with the Salesman had he not been so down to earth and answer all of our questions we wouldn’t have gone any further. When the installers came they were early which I liked. They were very professional and courteous. Everything was explained in detail from beginning to end. The only thing would’ve made it better is if the 10 yr warranty was transferable.
I have been with ARS for almost 20 years and had pot in 4 different sets of units in the past 20 years . I was almost ready to stop service with them until my recent yearly preventive and talk with their technician Joe S . He was very professional and kind and immediately went to one of the head supervisors and that he explained that other technicians had not given me the quality of service that should have been given to me with my units that were not quite two years old . Joe went above and beyond and helped me with my issues and I am now very pleased with my service with ARS AND will be asking for only Joe to service my units for preventive yearly service or other issues that might occur but I hope that will not happen . I have to say that I do feel like getting the correct technician and the same one for service makes all the difference .
Great company to work with, very knowledgeable about equipment and what the problem was. Explained in detail what needed to be done. Technician was very friendly and had great work ethics. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs repair work or install.

Joseph was our technician for throughout this process. Out a/c went out a few days ago. Joseph arrived, he was very professional he wasted no time getting to work and diagnosing the problem. Once the part came in Joseph came back out. He completed his work order thoroughly and in a timely fashion. He was very patient and any questions we had he answered with no problem. We appreciate amount of professionalism and knowledge he displayed. We will always use ARS.
Responded quickly. But definitely hit the upsell hard! They assume you want their services and unless you clarify and say, "No," they will probably autoenroll you in services and do things you don't want or didn't authorize. On the initial call, they said it'd be $109 for the visit but instead they'd enroll me in monthly service for $25/mo and I had to say, "No. I just want the one time service." Then when the person, who seemed great in terms of knowledge and efficiency, got to my house, I named the issue and he said they didn't have the part to fix it. However, after confirming the diagnoses, and the $2200 repair (for an $80 part and less than four minutes of labor), they magically had the part in stock and someone was on their way to my house that night. Again, I said, "No, I don't want you to do that. I will handle it." They also said my relatively new unit is incredibly old and they'd like to quote me for a replacement and get started on that process.
ARS is my go to when I have HVAC issues. They installed 2 units for me 3 years ago and perform all my maintenance. Customer support is always excellent. One of the techs, Govanni Blanco, is an absolute all star. He goes above and beyond during his service and provides no pressure recommendations for additional services. ARS has never let me down. Thanks team!

I requested information about the installation of 2 ac units on Sunday. On Monday, I met with Rob (he was awesome), on Tuesday my upstairs unit was installed and on Wednesday my downstairs unit was installed. I still can't believe how fast we went from requesting information to having a new system! I'm soooo happy. Prior to learning of ARS, we had been working 6 weeks with another company to get the work done. ARS knocked out the entire process in 4 days!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
We got a furnace installed a couple months ago and they blew us off a couple times. When they finally came and did the job they used whatever they wanted in our garage without asking and then drilled holes in the cement garage floor that they didn’t need to do. They never came by to do the final inspection we had to call them to come back out and fix our garage floor. Fast forward a couple of months and we had water in our newly installed furnace and garage floor. They no showed us again and said they can’t fit us in the next morning either. We have to go out of town with water in our furnace and they said they will try to come Monday but we should call the front office and schedule something (as if that means anything to these people). Hopefully our house doesn’t have any major damage when we return. We need our other furnace replaced before winter…. I will pay double to never give a cent of my money back to these nit wits.
