The experience was quick and efficient! A professional knowledgeable team...from the lady that scheduled the gentlemen that came out to fix the broken fitting/pipe. 100% recommend them!

Never use John’s Plumbing! I had them replace my main water line and sewer line about 15 years ago. About a year after the problems started. Eventually I found out they had put a hole in the top of the sewer pipe when they installed it. After that the copper pipe started developing pin size holes. The cleanout they installed only went to the street and not into the house which would require you to remove a toilet, if your clog was in the house. I just paid another company to replace the entire thing again after finding yet another hole in the sewer pipe! Never Ever use them!

Cameron one of the techs , did an excellent job with my water leak in my home . He went over and beyond to help me even after he had completed the job. The office staff was friendly too . They were able to fit me in earlier than the time expected.

We had a pipe that busted and they were able to work us in over the holiday. They were on time very friendly and cleaned up after they were done. Prices were reasonable. They are highly recommended.

Hot water heater died at 7am. Called John's at 7:15. Guys arrived around 2pm. Due to their schedule was going to have to wait 2 days for a new water heater. Some how they were able to send someone out at 5:30. Less than 4 hours later I got hot water again. Great company.

Most un professional employee tried to put a septic pump in that didn’t fit by breaking parts off. He was rude and incompetent. Called the office they blamed me and refused to fix anything. Crooks

John’s Plumbing is outstanding!! We recently had an issue where the abs tubing came apart for sewage drain, resulting in sewage accumulation in the crawl space. Jimmie (the plumber) came out and want above and beyond to repair the problem. His work ethic, creativity in plumbing repairs, professionalism, and interpersonal skills were all extremely impressive. He also helped in identifying a local water damage specialist that was immediately available for cleanup, drying, and full restoration of our crawl space — all at a reasonable price. Thanks to Jimmie we were able to keep our 2022 Thanksgiving travel plans. Experts like Jimmie make John’s Plumbing a gem among stones.

Had water dripping from upstairs bathroom into downstairs laundry room, called middle of the night last night. Was able to get dripping stopped and Justin from John's was at my door at 8:45am the next morning. He quickly figured out what the problem was, got it fixed and fixed a couple of other small things I had been procrastinating on and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Justin and Johns!

They will cancel your appointment and never show up. Awful customer service. Go Green Plumbing has much better customer service.

They came on a service call for underground water leak. First thing the man said we charge $96.02 for a service charge. The only thing he check was the water cut off to the house . He said he would get with his estimate man and let me know what they could do. Two weeks today they never got back to me with an estimate. I called 2 times and the lady said they had been real busy! My husband called and they said they were working on it. So for my $ 96.92 we never received nothing!!!

I had made an appointment for them to do a yearly service/inspection for my tankless water heater this past spring. After they did their service, our water heater continued having intermittent issues which they came back for once and said was fixed. Within three months, the water heater issues kept occurring and I spent two weeks trying to get a service call scheduled, but two different associates (Danielle and Michelle) stopped responding to my emails. I decided to go through a different company and they found corrosion in the water heater flame rods/sensors that we weren't made aware the past two times they came to service the water heater. EDIT: As a reply to the owner's reply - the tech only came back and cleaned the rods for free was because the water heater had issues a week or so after it was serviced. Additionally, we were told that the rods were dirty and not corroded. We were told that we were all set and no mention of any other damage/rod replacement was mentioned.

Fast, price lower than quoted, quality work. 24/7 First time I've used them, I normally do all my own electrical and plumbing. I will use again, HVAC too.

We used John’s Plumbing for several projects recently and in the past. Most recently we needed a filter system to take the Iron out of our well water. Jason Barnes diagnosed what we needed and then installed the filter system in a quick and efficient manner. It made a huge difference in our water. Also, we needed some electrical work at our well house which John’s Plumbing was able to handle it with their own crew as well. David Murphy was very responsive helping us work through the details. In addition to the work for our well house I needed power to two more buildings on our property. Tim Stalvey led a crew that came in and took on all three projects! He and his team were very professional and customer oriented! I had tried some other local electrical companies and they couldn’t take on the entire project. We were very pleased with the finished product, and how professional and efficient everyone was! It was a pleasure working with everyone at John’s Plumbing!

Called these guys for a weekend emergency repair, we were 9th in the que, and the plumber arrives at 7:30 PM to say that he can't do anything, it will take 3 weeks to order a part for that shower. I had to press further and ask what else can you do, can you replace the valve assembly? and he says yes, but that has to be scheduled and he has to order the part from the warehouse. Get a clue, you're a plumber right? showers are fairly common and you can't stock a couple different assemblies on the back of your truck for emergencies like this? $181 to tell me that you can't help? Bad customer service, bad etiquette and a waste of time. Now off to the home center to purchase an assembly and fix myself.

I called and explained that I needed to have a new toilet flange installed and have the toilet installed. I also wanted a new sink plumed in. The tech did not arrive until 2 pm. I showed him the toilet and the sink. I explained that the plumbing needed to be re-routed because one of the drawers was bumping the old plumbing. His response was “ what would you like me to do about that? Then he told me to “notch out the drawer to fit around the plumbing. It turns out that I paid 90 some dollars to be told that they could not even start the work today. Not happy at all.
