Mark and frank came out to do some work on a generator for us and they was very polite answered all our questions and did clean work we appreciate the work.

The technician who came out did fantastic job on our dual ac/heat unit his name was Sam and I would like him to do all our maintenance work on our unit, thank you do much for having members of your staff that are do conscientious of their work ethic

We had a generator installed. The process was very smooth. Scott Broyles took the time to explain the features on the generator and how to set up the app for monitoring. His training was precise and easy to follow.

Swaim Electric installed a whole home generator an finished it on 2-24-23. They did an excellent and professional job. I dealt with 6 different techs with the last one being Scott Broyles who was so helpful in helping me understand my system. All of the techs seem like great people. Now I hope I enjoy my new system. Whole team at Swaim Electric very professional and kind. We had a Generac installed by Eddie and Austin which we are very pleased (awesome job) with the installation. Start up with Scott Broyles also awesome job in instructions on how to look for trouble and making sure the unit is running correctly and explaining why systems come on in time delay. The people from Swaim installed a whole house generator for our home. The pre-install phone calls were informative and pleasant. The two men who installed the unit did their job perfectly under inclement weather. After the inspections, Scott came out and completed the hookups. He offered advice and answered my questions thoroughly. Thanks to all the Swaim crew!
