The techs were very professional, we had Noah, Colin, and Carmine working on cleaning our vents and ductwork, and they did an amazing job. We also had a couple of guys who came and did a complete dismantlement of our old system, and then a complete installation of a new HVAC system. I don’t have a single complaint, and not only would I recommend them, I have already been doing so.
When my air conditioner stopped working during the most recent hot spell; I was certain I'd have difficulty finding any company to service it. Happily, Jacob with Hawley Air was able to check it the same day I called. He was terrific - professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to use them for my future air and heating needs!
My air went out on July 4th, I called many companies, and Hawley Air was the company that could come the earliest. My neighbor recommended them. We were really happy with the service and efficiency. I'm so happy I went with them. My air was fixed the same day!! I will definitely be calling Hawley Air when I get my ducts updated!! Thank you, Hawley Air!!!!
This is the second time using their services and I would recommend them hands down, no question asked. We were not having any cold air being blown so we contacted them and they were able to get us in 2 days later ( granted, the next day was the 4th of July). Tyler was sent and he was able to identify the issue and had us back with cool air in about 20 minutes. He showed the reader and what was recommended and we will always contact them and recommend them to anyone needing servicing!
Super happy with Hawley’s air. Unfortunately our a/c went out and was 80+ in the house. Once we called they had someone out the very next day. It was very smooth from the guys who came to check it out to the guys who installed our new unit. They had a new unit put in for us in just 48 hours. They did give us a window unit for free to help out until we got ours fixed which was super helpful. Highly recommended

So fast! So professional. The whole team was amazing and on point from the scheduling admin to the AC techs, these folks were AWESOME! 100% recommend to any friends or family in the triad area! I have three small children and no AC on a 90+ day is a bit of a nightmare for everyone. It’s so hard to find reliable and competitive priced home services but these folks are TOP NOTCH. My AC went out, and Tyler was able to come with an hours to help me understand what happened and also give me options to fix it. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would recommend him every day of the week.

I searched a large number of highly rated companies for air duct cleaning service for our home. Hawley offered very competitive pricing with a 5-star rating. After calling to get more information about their process and type of equipment used, I contracted with them to clean the air ducts in our home. I am glad I did. Three surprisingly young men, Noah, Collin, and Cam have positive attitudes and are professional, attentive, skilled, and very polite. Their boss Jeff came by to check on the work. I was impressed by their work ethic, making sure everything was done well.They even found a detached vent and repaired it securely at no additional cost. Any questions were answered clearly. It is clear that they deserve their 5-star rating. Highly recommended.

These guys are unbelievable. We’ve used them for several years now. They installed a smaller unit two years ago. Everything was great. Now this year the big unit kicked the bucket and the maintenance guys encouraged us to go ahead and let Jeff come on out, because they knew what we needed was already in their warehouse and the installers could get to us right away. Same day, Jeff came, he laid out all the options, and got us on the installers’ schedule for the next day. In the driving rain Zach, Brayden, Joe, and Malcolm went in and out under our house without lunch and had us a new Trane running by 6:00. Our thanks to all these guys, maintenance through install. They are the best. Please never change a thing.
Tyler was my technican today. He was knowledgeable, took his time to assess my unit and offered me a honest account of what was needed regarding my repair. I appreciate his care when coming in and out of my home and his professional demeanor the entire time he was here.

We were so pleased with our first time assistance with Hawley! They were courteous, helpful and had great communication. We called with no HVAC on a Saturday and they were out in a couple of hours. Great experience all around!

Had a mini emergency today with my heat going out in January with a toddler. I called this morning and there was someone at my house by 1. Cole took great care of us and helped get the issue figured out and fixed. Even caught a possible issue in the future. I will be using them any time we have an issue with our heating or air!
