Julian helped dig out the drain lines and did a great job
I am an older lady living alone. My air conditioner was not working and I have a med. condition . Called Ross and Witmer and lucky for me Michael S. was on call. He said he would be out first thing in morning. 6am the door bell rang and there was Michael. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and cares about his client. He explained everything to me regarding my problem. He installed new thermostat and set it up so I can use it with no problem. This is the second time I have had Michael as my tech. He definitely cares about his customer and and is kind and professional. Ross and witmer should be proud to have an employee like Michael.

The air conditioning went out at my home during 90 degree temperatures. Michael from Ross & Witmer came out on a Saturday morning to evaluate the problem. He was on time, knowledgable, and professional. He explained the problem to me which I appreciated and ordered the needed parts. I would highly recommend Ross & Witmer and especially Michael.
Julie was so nice pleasant to speak to setup my AC repair appointment. Great Customer service. Bobby went over and beyond fixing my AC unit. He was very knowledgably and explained the repairs. He even did a follow up call just make sure everything was good. This was a great experience! I will be recommending to my family and friends.

Julian was very professional and courteous. He went about his work in an orderly manner, doing outside service and then inside. He impressed me with his knowledge on the system and how it operates. Before leaving he asked if there was anything he could do for me further (which meant to me that he could give me the time). Sometimes you get these guys that come in and out quickly and leave you with questions cause they need to get to their next appt.
Julian was very prompt, professional, and friendly. He showed me the part that was going bad and demonstrated why it needed to be replaced and that replacing it now would save money on a much bigger repair later in the summer.
