Prime Comfort was clean, quick, and gave me excellent service. They took 500$ for being a firefighter and a complementary air cooler for the few days between my service call and the HVAC replacement. It was amazing that I had a new system in less than week after calling. And 0% financing made the entire process no stress.
I worked directly with Brandon and Barb. I had closed on a house and was shopping for a total HVAC upgrade including duct work. The team was able to provide me an initial bid and subsequent bids very quickly after understanding exactly what I was looking for. They are professional, knowledgeable and ensure you understand how to maintain and run the system. I had a great experience and most importantly they completed the overhaul before I moved in. The Prime Comfort team has delivered stellar customer service over the past 4 years. They are proactive about scheduling seasonal maintenance, knowledgeable about repairs and troubleshooting issues, and are not high pressure from a sales standpoint. They have always been timely for installs and service, and very respectful of our schedules and needs as my partner and I both work from home. They are accommodating and understanding of pets while working in the home, as well. We have installed 2 AC/Heat systems and one mini-split system, along with annual maintenance for all units. Thank you team, and keep up the stellar work!
I made an appointment for an estimate on a new system. He seemed to be very thorough, however I could not verify the validity of some of the things he recommended. The estimate seemed very high, so we'll be going with another company. Reply: Your unsolicited call prompted my review. You're too aggressive defensive and argumentative for me to do business with. I don't want my insulation wrapped or covered. I think we'll survive. Thanks for your time.
This was a relatively complicated installation which required substantial expertise and coordination with two other companies. They were up to the challenge. Brandon, the project manager deserves particular recognition for his availability and communication
Don't bother looking any farther. These are the AC people you want. My condenser coil sprung a leak and needed replacement. Prime comfort came out fast, quoted an extremely reasonable price (and yes, I shopped around), and came back with the coil to install it the very next day. The tech, Brian, was a pleasure. I'll certainly be using them in the future. I mean, hopefully my AC doesn't break down again anytime soon, but if it did, they would be my first call.

Prime Comfort has been absolutely wonderful. From the estimate all the way through the installation. They were quick to fix any (small) issues that came up after install, they were always on-time, professional, friendly and personable. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. UPDATE: just had Prime Comfort replace my other HVAC system (I have 2). Solid job again! Brandon was great and the whole crew. Probably one of the nicest groups of people! Will always recommend them!
It was a very good experience working with Prime Comfort and especially Brandon Hunnecutt. Communications were top notch, the crew was well organized and on time, and the new equipment is operating as expected. I highly recommend this Company for HVAC work.

Brandon was our technician who went above and beyond to not only perform great service, but he also took time to answer questions we had about the unit we have, how it works and what happens when it needs to be replaced! An outstanding technician all around!
My AC went out last night and I called Prime Comfort in the morning. They made a 1-3 pm appointment and sure enough kept it. The technician was here for 20-30 minutes, fixed the AC and even washed the filter for me. He was so nice and professional and the whole experience was really pleasant. Thanks so much!!!
Have had prime comfort servicing my hvac equipment for a few years now and had to have someone come out as our drain line was clogged and the system had shut off as the pan was full Ken answered the call at 7 at night and walked me through what the issue could be and I was able to suck the water out of the pan with my shop vac and get it at least running so they scheduled someone to come out and we ended up with Tyler who cleared the line and said that based on the clog it was most likely due to a dirty coil which he checked and said could use a cleaning but was not urgent he also recommended the I wave purifier system as it could prevent the type of clog we had from forming again. He was a great tech and wasn't pushy on additional services, just a great guy who knows what he is doing and continues the great service we have had from Prime Comfort!
Tyler the technician was knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed to get the unit running. Did a fantastic explained everything. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
This company was prompt in responding to their customers needs. I was met by one of their highly trained techs, who came out and got to the bottom of the issue in no time. Tyler was on time, very clear with his diagnosis and extremely thorough when looking over the unit. Prime comfort did more than excellent work. You can bet your last dollar if Tyler shows up, your Unit will get taken care of.
This is a very good HVAC company. I used them on my house and was so happy with them I used them again on an Investment Property. Tyler was my technician on both. He is why I used Prime Comfort. Tyler is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He is also very meticulous. He is a real professional. I can easily recommend this company
We were having problems with inadequate heat flow on the first floor of our home. We had contacted another company who was supposed to show up on Saturday (1/22/22), but they canceled that morning (I suppose due to the weather--what weather?) and said they would be here on Tuesday. I looked for another company and contacted Prime Comfort on 1/23/22 via their website. I received an email response that said I could call with any questions, so I called. A technician answered the phone and I explained the issue. He said that he would be able to come to my house the next day and gave me his name. The next day, the tech called prior to his arrival and arrived on time. My husband showed him where the unit was and entry to the attic. The tech, Brian P., assessed what was needed and gave us some eye-opening information about the dampers and the damper motors. He told us the cost to repair (and it was very reasonable) and said he would retrieve the parts required and fix it. He was done in about an hour, provided us with an invoice that included pictures of the repair, and the heat has been working perfectly! We have had another company out here several times last year because the heat and cool airflow did not seem adequate and were uneven in spots, but the problem remained until we called Prime Comfort. Thank you so much, Prime Comfort, for an employee like Brian P. He was thorough, professional, and quick. I hope I won't have any more heating/cooling issues anytime soon, but if I do, I will call Prime Comfort.
I had an excellent experience with Prime Comfort today in Charlotte, NC. I called them a few days ago to set up an appointment to have my furnace checked. I spoke with Ken, who was very helpful in scheduling my service call. The two technicians, Brian and William, called in advance before arriving. They quickly examined and discovered some unit and duct work problems. They took pictures of the problem areas, and we discussed the work to be done. We also discussed the option of replacing the 21 year old furnace. But at no time was there any pressure to do anything. We settled on the repairs needed, which they did in short order, and at a very reasonable.cost. Thank you Prime Comfort, for a job well done. They are my goto guys from now on when I need more hvac service. Update on 11-04-21 Needed a service tech to come out and find out why I had no warm air coming out of the furnace. Called Barbara, who is extremely nice, and she scheduled Adam to come out. He discovered that a gas valve was stuck, so after trying to fix the stuck valve, the only option was to replace it. The part was in stock, so we set a time for Adam to come out and replace the valve. He called about 15 minutes before his arrival, which I like, and did the repair in a timely manner. So yes...another 5 star experience from Prime Comfort. Thank you Barbara and Adam.
