I'm writing this on behalf of my elderly mother whose been without AC for over a week now!!!!! I'm livid! She paid the installation fee and the part is covered but everyday she gets "oh the part isn't here check back tomorrow!" This is NOT healthy for her or her therapy animal. This company is horrible! I'm not only filing a complaint with the BBB but I'm also going to look into filing a claim in small claims court!
AMAZING Customer Service! Very responsive and extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. Tom answered all of our questions as well as addressed any concerns we had regarding the installation of our new AC/Heating Unit.
We were in a pinch when our AC stopped blowing cold air. Dillion was great. On time. Personable and honest/upfront with everything we needed to have serviced. He explained in detail what he recommended and why. It’s great to have someone you trust working on things that are so crucial at our house.

We called one hour heating and cooling at approximately 10 PM and our tech was there by nine the next morning. I also received a text and a phone call that he was on his way. Our tech Billy was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and most important to me, trustworthy. He took his time to explain the issues and address any questions we had.
Great experience with this company, both for maintenance visits and when an issue arises. Keep up the great work.

This is the Wifey here: I did an online request for an appt ASAP, but noted it was not an emergency. Jenny called me within 10 min and got me on standby for today. I got a call from Jake @ 1:45pm that he was on his way. our A/C was not as cold as it normally is & we needed fixed ASAP, due to health issues. Jake came in, was completely respectful & friendly and got straight to work. He found a problem and we agreed on a plan to fix it. From start to finish, it was a great experience!
Great Job!! Got home and it was 81 degrees inside. Within 2 hours of discovering the problem Mr. Stocker (Eric) had the AC working again! Fair price too!
We've used their service a few times. Honest folks, timely and professional service. After hours (6:30pm Wednesday) request was resolved within 4 hours, start to finish.
Fast, friendly and professional service. Garth was very respectful and explained everything before he got started. He started assessing the problem with the least expensive option for us as we have a maintenance contract with them. Overall, very satisfied from making the stand-by appointment to getting the AC fixed on a 90 degree day!!
Jake came to our house and was so friendly and professional. It was a holiday and he was still pleasant to deal with. He explained everything completely. One Hour Heating is lucky to have such an awesome employee!
Derek was so thorough in checking out my HVAC concerns. He’s the first person that has ever checked and compared air temp between output and intake. He cleaned off my unit and felt like that was my only issue. He did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He gave me clear directions about care of my system going forward. It was nice to feel like I had someone who cared about me, my system and my bank account. So rare to find anymore. I am very appreciative of Derek!!
One Hour Heating and Air had their employee Chris Blanton come out to my house today to check my broken AC out. He was extremely professional and super nice. I couldn’t afford the repairs today but Chris did a great job breaking everything down and explains the repairs and process to me. He was very helpful. I would recommend this company!
Dillion Cole was amazing, solved the issue incredibly fast, explained everything in great detailed and fixed the issue for a very fair price.
Josh takes good care of my equipment and I don’t have many breakdowns. The ones I do have are always the capacitors which are a quick easy fix. One hour gets me service quick and I’m happy with the routine services.
Byron was very professional and great in diagnosing our issue with our AC Unit. He was able to get us back up and running in the meantime. And while we already were aware that our unit was close to needing to be replaced, Byron took his time to explain exactly what was going on with the unit and why it will need to be replaced sooner than later. Additionally, he was able to explained how our current unit vs a new one could save us money in the long term. I definitely would recommend Byron and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.
Lamar Gray was super friendly, on time, professional and provided us with the information and service that we needed. I hope to see him in the future at our next service date.
6-27-2023 Today Andrew Wells came for my maintenance service. Very nice man, courteous and professional in every way. This company provides exceptional customer service! The below statement must be from the the time before. I must have forgotten to post it somehow. I have been very satisfied doing business here for the past few years. I do not have one complaint which is not easy to achieve these days! Most recently I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Lamar. His friendliness and professionalism were beyond what I expected. I will be requesting him in the future for my maintenance checks. It is my hope that the company knows and recognizes what a high quality employee they have! Thank you One Hour Heating and Air. Dillion Cole, exhibit all the qualities of professionalism, by identifying himself, his company and the reason for his visit! Dillion, had given valuable information that I could use in the future as far as far as keeping in mind of the Freon’s longevity and its replacement. Very respectful of my time and approach me as in a very respectful manner and asked me is this a good time for him to communicate his findings that was a unique experience.That was an awesome experience!
