Furnace blower stopped and they were here within an hour. Had it repaired the same day. Could not be happier with their work.
My unit, although their new installation has sure had more than normal cooling issues, every time I called for repairs I received a call back quickly, and service made that day. The issues were manufacture related attic coil failure, uncommon for Trane, yet I again had the same failure on the newly replaced unit one year after. This part is not a common stock item and they found the part that day from another Trane service group for ASAP service. Polite, respectful, making every effort to restore service same day. Family members have also had service calls on non Trane units installed by others and were very pleased with employees and work performed. When we recommend family use their services, that says it best.
We have been customers of Nick and Co. for over 20 years. Nick's company always provides great service, has knowledgeable service representatives, and is responsive to service needs and any questions. On a recent trip for maintenance, Johnny called before arriving, was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He provided excellent service and is a great representative of Nick's fine company.

I had a routine seasonal check scheduled with Nick & Co., but prior to that appointment discovered my 2nd floor AC unit was blowing warm air, and we were already having unseasonably hot days for mid-May. Time was of the essence to get it fixed since my pregnant daughter was coming home from overseas to stay with me for a few months to have her baby here and I wanted her to be comfortable. I explained this to the scheduling lady who stayed in touch with me about this and they worked me in -- even though it was not a quick repair. I am so grateful for their understanding and accommodating my situation. They went out of their way to make it happen for me even during their busy season. I have used Nick & Co. for all types of HVAC services since 2007 with only stellar experiences. No complaints at all.
Recently had an AC coil spring a leak on an older R-22 system and decided that it would be a better idea to replace rather than try and repair / retrofit my AC. Nick & Co was quick and responsive to my questions, and moved the project forward from quote to install to permitting quickly. Installer was right on time and was clean and respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers when inside the home, and covering the carpet around the attic entrance. The new AC cools well (Trane XR16) and rooms in my home that were usually on the warmer side are now noticeably cooler.

We have been with Nick & Co. for about 10 years and they have done everything to our satisfaction including installing new units, minor repairs and tune ups, and semi-annual inspections for our house and our two condos. I wish they would go to the coast to work on our beach house, but no such luck.
Called the office at 8 a.m. because furnace was not working. Mike arrived shortly before 10 a.m. and repairs were completed by 10:45 am. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.
Outstanding business and people. They are extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. Customer Service is very important to them and they offer outstanding service. They switch their schedules around to help you out and save a few dollars. If you are looking for any AC or heating companies in Charlotte, Nick & Co is the place to go to.

Nick&Co came out on Christmas Eve and tried to fix our heating issue. They also were very responsive when we needed a new system, and came to install it within six hours of our contract being signed. Great to work with this company.
They installed my heating and air conditioning system back in 2012 and I have maintained a maintenance contract with them since then. They come out and check the unit twice a year. The few times I’ve had issues they are quick to respond and always gets it fixed. Thanks got a great job.
