I have been in my house about a year. We moved here after my husband passed unexpectedly and it’s been so hard on myself and my children. This morning we woke up to an unexplained leak and it was so unexpected. My husband usually handled stuff like that and times like this his presence is missed even more. However I worked with 2 Morris-Jenkins techs today, Justin and Keith. Justin was the HVAC technician and he was so kind we discovered it was not the HVAC leaking so he made arrangements for the plumber to come out later in the evening. Keith came identified the issue fixed it quickly and made great suggestions for preventative maintenance going forward. I truly appreciated all efforts and the professionalism and great care that was given today. I’m glad I have the membership
Our unit which was 11 years old sprung a leak. After speaking with the technician we decided to replace the unit. With temps being in the 90’s, and also having an 11 month old daughter to keep cool, Morris Jenkins made sure to charge the unit so we had a/c until we had them come to replace the unit, which was done by the next day. The salesperson Bud came out and explained everything to us and took care of the financing. Not long after Justice, Joey, and Brandon came to install the unit. The whole experience was great. From the first call regarding the issue to the replacement unit being installed was within 24 hours. Every person we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. I am very impressed on how well Morris Jenkins handled this issue and can’t say enough nice things about how the people we came in contact treated us. This just reaffirms why we have stayed loyal to Morris Jenkins all these years.
Our A/C went out at 10pm on a Friday night. We were leaving the country in a few hours on an early AM flight. The receptionist who handled our call was prompt professional and very friendly. She immediately got in touch with a technician for a late Friday night repair. Pat O'Grady promptly came out and was very courteous friendly and efficient. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was great to work with and discussed the issue thoroughly with us including things to watch for in the future. He gave us his personal number and email for us to contact him while we were out of town should there be any further problems. Every interaction we have ever had with Morris-Jenkins has been excellent. All of their technicians have gone above and beyond in their efficiency thoroughness and customer service. Pat was certainly no exception to this. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.
Martin was extremely thorough and professional. He explained all our options, answered all our questions and got everything scheduled within a timely fashion. We were more than pleased with his assessments and recommendations. Highly recommended!
Anthony did a wonderful job! He took his time and cleaned my AC and he gladly changed my inside filters. He was very nice and professional. I highly recommend Morris Jenkins! They are the BEST!
Our AC went out completely and they were able to get a technician out to us within a few hours to take a look. Cole did a great job finding the problem and giving us different options for how to fix it. He was able to give us a temporary solution until the right part came in to feel comfortable again in our home. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone has been very personable and responsive. We have been pleased so far!
Jordan did a fabulous job cleaning my HVAC unit. It never looked so clean. He also made sure all of its components were working properly and let me know which ones needed attention. I appreciate Jordan’s thoroughness.
This was my first time using this company and I was very impressed! I had to arrange for an AC repair on my rental property 2,000 mi away from my home, and Morris Jenkins made the process easy. Both the office staff and the technician kept me apprised of the repair - they were very reactive and thorough in explaining exactly what needed to be done. I highly recommend them!
Jordan Dorr came by our house recently and spend some time checking on our HVAC system during one of the hottest days in the city - he was very detailed on his review and responded to every single question I had. It was exactly what I needed!! he resolved a bunch of questions and issues I had with my system, something I didn't achieve with more than 5 different visits throughout a year with my old provider. He rocks, definitely gave me a great impression of the company.
From beginning to end, our experience with this company was amazing. The dispatcher was very friendly and helpful and was able to send someone out the same day to help us with our AC. Seth was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix our issue quickly and pointed out some other issues that would likely be under our manufacturer's warranty. The price was very fair! We had such a good experience we signed up for their maintenance plan.
Performed routine HVAC inspection/maintenance on my rental property on 07/03/2023. River Bryant was thorough, detected a problem with the compressor and replaced the capacitor (under platinum warranty). I have been a platinum member for a long time and will recommend Morris Jenkins to friends and family. Thanks to River for a job well done.
I’ve not used Morris-Jenkins in the past, our unit is fairly new (5 years). The response from the company was great and Chase came out this morning and did a thorough check of our A/C unit. He went over detailed information on the problem we were having and our options for repair. We went over pictures (which he also sent to me) and descriptions of our entire setup. We selected the premium package and Chase executed the repairs very expeditiously. He did a fantastic job and was very personable. I will highly recommend M-J to neighbors and friends, I’ll also recommend Chase as the service technician they should request.
This was our first experience with Morris Jenkins and it exceeded all of our expectations. Our technician was Ryan and he was beyond AWESOME! He was very thorough and always was letting us know what he was doing or what was going on! He also was very open with pricing as well which we appreciated! Ryan really knew his stuff and was very knowledgeable especially because my husband and I know nothing about hvac units. He was so sweet to our dog and was also super nice and playful with my toddler who wanted to follow him around every second! Thanks to Ryan we have a better understanding of what was going on with our unit and feel confident and happy to use Morris Jenkins again! We loved our experience and cannot thank Ryan enough! 11 out of 10 recommended Morris Jenkins!!!
Seth Marquis was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He kept us in the loop on everything he was working on, and why he was working on it. Turned out that we needed to replace our zone board, and he quickly found us the part to complete the service the same day. We really appreciated the service that was provided, and we will DEFINITELY be using Morris-Jenkins again!
Red was absolutely phenomenal! He was attentive and so informative on any questions I had. We were so thankful to have him come out to service our air conditioning unit especially it being the Fourth of July. Thank so much we really appreciate you!!!
Noah K arrived in a timely manner calling to advise eta. Extremely professional and very polite, quickly determined true source of issue making recommendations without pressure and alleviated the immediate problem. Tony, the repair tech was exceptionally excellent!! His promptness, professionalism, and proficiency were super great! He not only accessed the issue with our downstairs air condition unit fairly quickly but walked me through a visual of the problem. Within a small amount of time, we had air again! Tony, also discussed proper and preventive maintenance care of our air and heating systems. He is a veteran technician with incredible people and maintenance skills! The call for service was equally impressive with the service rep, Crystal, An email and text reminder of the appt and arrival details was helpful also in ensuring timely service. With Morris Jenkins, you don't just receive five-star service, it's five-star specialists! The service was priced very well too. I was shocked to see a bill that I could pay. They are the BEST! Call Morris Jenkins! You are going to be very satisfied!
Tyler was super friendly and thorough! He explained everything to me in laymen terms and had a lot of patience for all of my questions! Really impressed with our experience with Ryan from Morris Jenkins. He was prompt and communicated effectively. He was able to find the issue quickly and provided options for the types of services he recommended for our hvac issues. He was accommodating to the unique situation and we were pleased that he completed the work in a timely manner. Definitely recommend Ryan and Morris Jenkins.

Emma and Crystal were so sweet and helped me get my appointment scheduled, and Madison Tweed came out and was able to fix our unit on site when we worried it was beyond repair. So grateful for the honesty, professionalism, and kindness from everyone that helped us out tonight! :)
