Tommy was great! This company was easy to schedule online and couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of service provided during the installation.
Our technician Bryan M was very professional. He has an excellent work ethic. Problems arose on the installation of a gas water heater and he explained exactly what he had to do and when parts were needed how long he would be gone. He worked diligently on a difficult job in very hot weather. I would highly recommend this young man. Great job Bryan!!

Used Michael & Sons for 20+ years for all plumbing, Heating & A/C and electrical work when living in Northern Virginia. Ecstatic that they are in Charlotte area. I called Michael and Sons for a water leak issue on the outside of my property! They were very quick to come out and give solutions along with reasonable pricing once they started to dig. It was fixed within an hour and half of coming out! Would recommend this company all day!

There were several places that water was dripping under the sink and Matt dealt with all of them. He explained the solutions and very much respected my priorities. Did the critical things and left me a quote for next level options. I would definitely use Michael and Sons again. Kudos to Matt for his quality work!

Extremely high priced, it seems like they only come out for the "75.00" 10 min. Fee then quote you an outrageous quote to not have to do the job, a total ripoff in my opinion, I mean who would pay over 300.00 to get a ring floodlight installed when the fixture is already in place? Not me!
Installed my Ring doorbell and fixed the wiring issue between it and the chime. He knew exactly what to do and did it fast and quietly which is important since my wife and I both work from home. Even the dog liked him!
First time replacing air conditioner unit and Jim and Logan are really great, professional, gave lots of information and making sure we have all we need
Tommy was awesome! Showed up in the earlier part of the 2.5 hour window I was given, which was great. He was able to install an entirely new receptacle and update a current one in very little time. I’m so relieved to have a working washer and dryer. I would highly recommend using Michael & Sons.
We were waiting for installation of a new AC unit and our son was going to be home for the weekend before they could install. They came over with a wall unit so he would be comfortable!

Logan came out Thursday. , air conditioner was blowing warm air. Logan performed a diagnostic on the unit & advised what the issue was, with a demonstration.He proceeded to fix the issue & explained what he was doing.Logan made sure AC was running properly before he left.I am short & the air filter is in the ceiling, he changed the air filter for me!! KUDOS to Logan for an outstanding job!!!
