Kirkland AC&H is everything we hoped for when we replaced our heat pumps. Tom did a great job helping us decide on our equipment and the service/warranty contracts. We called Kirkland to repair and subsequently replace the furnace in our new house because they did such a great job installing a new heat pump in our condo several years ago. The work was completed entirely by Matt who was very thorough and professional. I highly recommend Kirkland.
We needed new AC units (inside and out) as the system Kirkland installed 23 years ago, finally died. Caleb, Lance and Matt worked long hours for 2 days to get the new system up and running, despite the unexpected need to bring an electrician in (props to Scott Ewing at Ewing Electric for his almost immediate availability). We have used Kirkland AC for 25 years and could not recommend them more highly! Love supporting small/family businesses!

Huge thanks and VERY happy with Kirkland on this full replacement! Extremely competent, super courteous, polite and professional… even when everything that could be or go wrong did. From discovering an existing gas leak at the meter to fixing the unfiltered vent that was acting as a return and even the insanity of correcting wiring from the previous home owner’s hack job to get us up to code and safe… the folks at Kirkland took great care of us and our budget to make us safe and comfortable for many years to come. Couldn’t be happier right now!

Kirkland has been our HVAC provider for 20+ years and I would recommend them to anyone. I love that they are locally owned and operated, but have quality employees both in the office and in the field! Devin has serviced our units for a while now, and I’d highly recommend him!
I first became acquainted with Kirkland Air Conditioning and Heating last summer, when my AC of 14 years gave up the ghost. Rhonda, the receptionist, is wonderful, friendly, and efficient. Tom, the sale rep, is friendly, honest, and reliable. He gave me a great quote, was thorough in my options and did not try to needlessly upsell me. Of the four HVAC companies I had contacted for a quote, I had the best experience with Kirkland, as well as one of the lowest quotes. The team that did my HVAC replacement was Matt, Devin, and Josh. I believe Matt was the lead that time and he did a wonderful job of keeping me appraised of their progress. They took better care in keeping my house free of debris than I do. They made sure to put protective padding/carpeting down *everywhere* and did such a good job cleaning up that you couldn't tell they had ever been there. The York HVAC system is excellent. When my 15 year old furnace died, I contacted Kirkland without hesitation. Rhonda was again excellent. Josh came out for the initial visit to determine the problem. There was a miscommunication as to what was the reason for the visit--he had been informed that there was an issue with the thermostats when actually I needed the furnace looked at. (When I made the call to Kirkland, I said it was either the thermostats, the wiring, or the furnace. So, easy communication error.) Josh handled the situation beautifully and proceeded to check the thermostat, the breakers, and ultimately, the furnace. I am a curious individual, so he also graciously let me watch him figure out the furnace. He was thorough and checked out every option that could be the problem. Once he isolated the issue, he take care to explain what was happening in layman's terms. The blower on the furnace had broken down; he explained how the safety system on the gas furnace kicks in when the blower does not work. Which was the reason why the whole system shut down (and randomly turned on...then shut down
Couldn't have asked for better service. Devin quickly identified my issue and fixed my furnace so my heat was back up and running. No extra charges for needless repairs. I will continue to use them as my go-to HVAC service
Highly recommend Kirkland for all heating and cooling needs. Matt was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in assessing our 1929 bungalow’s many heating issues. It has only been 30 minutes since he has left and the main floor hot air flow has improved greatly. Matt took his time to explain all of the intricacies of the system and wrote detailed notes and recommendations. Would recommend to anyone! Also, scheduling an appointment with Rhonda was a breeze.
Kirkland has serviced our HVAC needs for probably over 20 years. Today they installed a new AC unit. Matthew, Josh and Devin provided the excellent work I've become accustom to receive from Kirkland! I'd give the company and 15 on a scale of 1-10.
Definitely would recommend this company to others. Customer service was wonderful from start to finish and scheduling was quick and easy. Josh was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. His assessment of the system was very detailed and thorough. We were very pleased with our technician Josh and the company, wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
Our heat was not coming on, called Kirkland and the technician (Devin) came out. He worked all day to get us back up and running. Very courteous and professional.
These techs were fantastic. I have been with Kirkland since I moved to the area in 2012. Each and every time my needs have been met. This last time was a super experience as we had temps in the 20’s overnight and furnace didnt Work Matt did a overnight fix for me prior to my new install. He was super in his total concern for my comfort. His colleague Devin joined him for the removal and install. And, of course Tom who handled the purchase of my new furnace. All three employees had only my needs at the front of their minds. Also of note, they were both Covid aware which is a comfort to someone in a high risk category. I would give the more than 5 stars if I could.
Josh was just at my home for my winter HVAC check-up. On time, polite and knowledgeable, he did a great job. Kirkland is my go-to heating and cooling company. Great folks!
We have used Kirkland for over 25 years, and would never use anyone else. We do the Spring and Fall maintenance every year, and always feel better about the safety, efficiency and reliability of the system when they leave. Today they replaced our gas furnace with a very efficient York unit. Very pleased. Josh and Devon were our technicians, and they were great. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job keeping us informed about aspects of the installation and operation of the unit and new thermostat. Tom was our sales consultant, and gave us all the viable options in the very beginning. We highly recommend Kirkland AC & Heating.
