DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Was told I had a leak that was going to cost $2,800 to repair. Had another company come out and they could not find a leak. It was an error from the water company.
Brian Boyce was great & very professional. He arrived quickly, found out my issue and gave me the help I needed to move forward. The lady who set my appointment up was very polite and sent someone out right away.

The problem was quickly analyzed and I am ordering replacement parts under warranty. The parts arrived and the technician quickly repaired the hot water heater.

I have never met a nicer smarter technician than Chris Baker! He loves his job and I asked a hundred questions and he answered every one! He also fixed my slow running shower and gave me an excellent tip in how to care for my stubborn toilet! What an incredibly smart man he is!!!!!!!! I had to hug him for all his helpfulness and kindness! Thank you so very much, Chris!!!!!

My garbage disposal stopped responding to the switch, so I asked my friends for recommendations of electricians. I called Jim Dickerson before they opened this morning to leave a voicemail, and they called me back less than an hour later, scheduling me for same day! I got a text confirming the appt had been confirmed, and another one confirming when our technician was on his way. Brandon was prompt, professional, and got the job done! The whole experience is very buttoned-up and I will be recommending this company to anyone who needs assistance! Thank you!
