This was my first time having a service from IRV and was very impressed of the professionalism. Malik answered all the questions I had as I am a new homeowner and have lots of questions. He did a great job.
I have to speak about my service tech. My service tech was name. Jason Sanders. He came on time. He looked at the system. He came back to the door, gave me a complete analysis of what was going on and proceeded to work. Came back and told me what the problem was and how we could address the problem. I like being thorough and I like being told exactly what the problem is so I will know how to handle it. I enjoyed my service with y'all and most of all I enjoyed when the tech tells me exactly what the problem is without any hesitation. People need that when working with the company. Yes, I would recommend IRV to all of my friends and especially Jason. He's an asset. Thank you
First off, total experience: I was without A/C for 7 days in this 90+ degree heat wave. It took them almost 3 days to even get here to diagnose it. Parts were needed and they needed my landlord’s approval to order parts and that took them over 2 days to even send it for his approval. When I called Customer Service, they offered no apologies, offered no sympathy whatsoever and offered no timeline on when they would actually get it sent. Once approved, the follow up appointment was scheduled for 2 days later, from 12pm-2pm. Nobody ever showed up so I called and they said the time was changed to 3pm-5pm. I’m taking off work to be here so you think they would at least be able to proactively communicate this to me. Again, no empathy at all and no apologies. The tech didn’t arrive until 6:45pm and then didn’t even have the parts to do the installation. I don’t know who’s fault that is but I don’t really care either. The tech told me he would be out first thing in the morning. I called and they told me that the Supervisor, Matthew would be coming first thing instead. He never showed. I called again and they told me the original tech from the previous day would be here between 11am-1pm. Why wouldn’t I be first in line instead of wherever he actually went? Why wouldn’t they call me and let me know the change in schedule? The service techs seem to be working hard out here and appear to actually care about their customers but there is a clear disconnect in communication between them and the Customer Service team, who, in general, are poor communicators and appear indifferent to customer problems. At the bare minimum, training is needed for the Customer Service team. Some of them probably need to be let go. Even though I liked the tech’s and service they provided, I cannot recommend the company due to the poor performance of their Customer Service team.
My tech Tray was wonderful I was without air for 4 days before he came and ended the suffering. He is a true lifesaver.

Hand's down best quality support service. Matthew knew exactly what was needed to fix my cooling issue and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Also gave me important information on preventative maintenance. He showed up exactly when my appointment time was scheduled & finished within the time frame. I would definitely recommend him & IRV for all of their services they offer.

I have used IRV plumbing in the past and they have always been professional. I spoke to Melissa who has always been wonderful in providing excellent services since 2018 when i first started using IRV services and Cynthia was also good today. Joe was excellent and was sent to my home because this past weekend my air conditioner went out. It was HOT.....Joe was wonderful and he immediately found the problem and there was something wrong with my thermostat too. It did not give the correct temperature in my home but I did not pay the extra fees to replace it. It was too much plus labor cost for him to come back out again to replace it. I was still able to get air in my home despite the thermostat. My only issue is that I was told by Joe that I was going to get an email with my receipt on last Saturday. I paid by check. It is now Wednesday and i hadn't gotten it yet. I called and spoke to Cynthia and she stated that Melissa would reach out to me once they get a copy of the receipt to email me. I am so appreciative of the IRV Team and I always remember the good work of Leon and Kevin too back in 2018- I was told kevin had left. Thanks

James was a very good technician, he answered every question I had.
I talked to Melissa over the phone and she was so sweet and discussed the SPP membership with me. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future and referring others to them as well! You can tell they truly care about their customers!
Anthony was fantastic and solved my problem right away. Arrived on time and figured out my electrical needs quickly. Thank you!
My tech was Anthony who assist Westshore homes in my bath remodel he was very polite and professional electrician who is an excellent rep for the company and took the effort to complete the job correctly and explain what he was doing and I am thankful for meeting this young man and bringing your company to my knowledge of for other projects planed!

James Bates at IRV Plumbing Electric was a very efficient worker. Our job was more complex than we thought. James was able to complete the job in two trips. He did an excellent job. Everything works!
Great Technician, on time, very informative. Gave us update to have Water Heater replaced. Pending further info from Company.
