Great service. Called overnight for an emergency AC repair, they sent someone out early morning and quick repair. Pricing was fair. Technician Tim was amazing, honest, and fast. Highly recommend.
They promised the afternoon and unit was repaired in the afternoon. My unit was still under warranty for parts so Tim Reed quoted me the labor costs involved which includes the warranty paper work. He had the part and made the repair seamlessly. This company is reliable and honest. The price was reasonable and service was great. Thanks Integrity!
I had to select all options about what I liked. Each member of the team were amazing! Very responsive, great communication, and made the process easy! The install team crushed it. On one of the hottest days this year to date, uninstalled, disposed of, installed my new System inside and out, and ran new duct within no time. Each member of the install team was professional, knowledgeable, and detailed in their work! Absolutely recommend to all! Shout out to Cody, Bryce & Corbin on the Install! Crushed it!

Wonderful experience with Integrity. From the initial meeting, to scheduling, to the installation, it was a seamless experience. The ladies who helped with the scheduling were very thorough and informative. Cody, Dimitri, Bryce, Sean, and Abe did the installations and were so kind and friendly. They took care around the areas of the house and yard they were in and very kindly gifted me with a hanging flower basket. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Integrity and would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work.
We had service on our two units that were installed last year. Tim the service tech, showed up on time, explained the service, made some great recommendations and was extremely friendly and professional. Integrity did the initial install and that also was a great experience. Thank you I-hvac!

I would highly recommend Integrity HVAC to potential customers. The service people are well trained; they review details of the job order at their office/facility before they even get to the customer so -- everyone is on the same page and they are focused and committed workers. They never forget the customer and always make time for questions and concerns. We went from a gas system to a Lenox electric (Heat Pump) one month ago and are very satisfied with this new system that they recommended...and very happy that Integrity will maintain it.
The team of Bryce, Abraham, Corbin, Sean, Dimitri and others at Integrity did a fantastic job replacing our HVAC systems with a heat pump and furnace. They worked long hours to setup our system correctly, taking account of our requests regarding unit placements and duct routing. Greg thoroughly explained available options, answered my numerous questions, and gave his own recommendations ('What would you use in your own house?'). I had done a lot of research on the brands, heat pump versus A/C benefits, zoned vs dual systems, furnace and heat pump types and efficiency ratings beforehand and it was very refreshing to talk to an engineer instead of a salesman. Dave finished up with the surge suppressor installs. I had the best experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work.
Great service. Technician was very knowledgeable and was able to make a simple repair on a system that another company wanted to replace entirely. Very happy with the diligence and honesty of this company. They are now our go-to.

High quality HVAC equipment, installed and maintained by some really fun and caring folks, managed by their engaged sales and back-office teams, at a competitive price point, and all backed by a Costco and Kent Lowe satisfaction guarantee. Integrity is their mission, not just the name of the company. We had two completed Lennox HVAC systems replaced and were immediately amazed by the quiet operation, overall living comfort, and ease of use with the iComfort WiFi enabled thermostats and phone app! And no, this is not a “product or services provided” referral, just a couple of very happy customers who want to share their experience and good fortune in a not always the case industry.
Had new 2-stage furnace and AC system installed on 1/13/23. Two teams, one for AC and one for furnace, arrived a couple minutes before 8am start time. Wife and I were both able to work from home during install. All finished up by 12:30 and had all my questions answered about the system and the digital thermostat. Also, was able to get 10% of purchase price back in Costco credit. Great teams, would recommend.

There is so many things I can say that were over the top in customer service with this company. Eric and the team were excellent and our new system was installed professionally! Definitely recommend them.
I wished we had known about the Integrity sooner instead having waisted time with other unprofessional companies. Our last AC guy was trying force us to agree getting another AC brand for an insane price. He thought he would convince us once it was during the hottest wave we have ever had.We just wanted to make sure we could get not only a better estimate but know what else the market had to offer us. Since we know Costco has a reputable name in the market, we felt we should take that path. Certainly Costco would have a trustworthy partnership with an AC company. We got 3 estimates before Integrity. None of them I felt confident in going ahead.Even with a lower estimate. As soon as they called me to schedule the visit, I told my husband we probably had found the right direction.Ortiz came and took care to hear our needs and he did not try to sell us anything else other than we really needed. Everything he told us we were aware. He was very clear, profissional and easy to deal with. Actually the whole process with Integrity was absolutely easy to deal with. Everyone I had to speak, email or get in touch was responsible, clear and very kind. The installation crew was amazing. We had Dan, Abraham, Bryce and another guy I forgot his name.This one was super nice with my son talking about games. We are very impressed with the quality service Integrity has, and the way they deal with their customers. Keep doing this excellent job. Neal was so very attentive with me answering my questions all the time. We are more than happy to have chosen Integrity to take car of our HVAC from now. Definitely the name Integrity speaks itself. Cameron, the technician, extremely professional, competent, courteous, quickly found the problem and thoroughly explained the problem. In this case a simple matter of cleaning the ignition sensor. He was done in less than 45 minutes. I highly recommend Integrity H&C.
Called about my heat not working in the morning and by noon I received a courtesy call to inform me a technician was on his way out. They also sent an email and text with his name and picture for verification. He figured out the problem quickly, informed me of the cost and had the part at the warehouse. He did a temporary repair to get us through the night and replaced the main board the next morning. He then looked over the entire system and suggested some preventive maintenance. NO hard sell and NO pushing. Explained everything he did, showed me the bad part and problems with it. When I need more repairs or a complete system I will definitely be using them. Thank you!
