Fred & Tim came out and did a wonderful job with inspecting my units and were incredibly detailed.

Just completed a HVAC install with Rene and Alex. They were knowledgeable, polite and worked extremely well together. Install was completed earlier than expected and we thankfully are on our way to cool! Thank you Horne! We love you as our service contractor!

Nick came by to sort some hvac issues. He was knowledgable and friendly. He sorted the problem out and provided good recommendations for next steps. I signed up for a maintenance contract as a result. Will be using Horne going forward thanks to Nick's work.
Had an AC issue during a weekend and the Horne team was responsive, courteous, and efficient. John and his team - especially Tevin and Tony for this issue - are top notch!
It was great to finally have a honest Technician Bobby S., who explained everything, addressed and resolved the problem, and was extremely punctual. This is really hard to find now days. I am truly grateful to Bobby and the Horne Heating & Air. So I’ll be SURE to tell a friend about my new friends!
Andrew from Horne HVAC arrived on time, evaluated the problem of low freon and dirty coils, explained the maintenance options and was very professional. A great guy and a satisfied customer. 🙂
Everyone at Horne has been extremely helpful throughout the process of having my new HVAC system installed. Sam was excellent in helping me choose a system that would meet our needs and didn't try to oversell their products. On the day of the install Colby, Jose, and Alex were on time and kept me up to date on their progress. They were very knowledgeable and professional in answering all my questions, and took the time to thoroughly explain the new system.
We used to use another service but when our Air Conditioner broke down late on a Saturday the soonest they could come out until 4 days. Nate was able to send Joe from Horne Heating and Air and he came out within hours and got us up and running. They saved the day since it was a holiday weekend and had company.
The technician, Tony Tsiamis, arrived on time, immediately diagnosed the HVAC problem and quickly made the appropriate repair. Tony was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. His explanation of the problem was presented in terms that were easy to understand. He is a true ambassador for the company.
Felt Joseph was trustworthy and knowledgeable. No pressure for membership but did mention it. I definitely recommend and will use in the future.
Just had to write a review for the service tech that came out last night. Destiney Johnson. Polite, professional, and just an all around nice person. She dove right in and found the problem. Explained it so we could understand, and had our air back up and running in no time. So shout out to Destiney!
My go to for everything HVAC related! Their technicians (especially Destiny) are always professional, extremely knowledgeable and they don’t try to oversell on things you don’t need. Not to mention they worked me in to their schedule on a 90 degree day! Highly recommend!!

Bryan did a thorough job reviewing the install and answered over 25 questions I asked. He took his time in answering each one and his technical knowledge is impressive (as I also have experience in this space). Totally recommend Horne!
