If this review allowed 10 stars, I'd give Excel 11 on them. Quy (business owner and operator) is by far the best there is in the business. He is right there when you need him in a pinch, he's the most skilled in his profession, and to top it all off, he's HONEST. Imagine that these days? With all the 'good' big name companies out there, Quy is proof that the great "smaller" businesses are the real and rare gems if you can find them. Don't even bother looking elsewhere, and if its not an emergency visit you need and Quy is busy, he's well worth the wait. Trust me. And tell your friends about Excel. They'll thank you for it too.
