Kayvan installed a new NEST Thermostat on the 2nd floor. He was on-time, professional and did a great job. This is the 2nd time that he has come to our house! I would recommend him and Exact Temp to anyone needing any type of HVAC service!

Yearly tuneup performed by Kayvan. He did a fantastic job showing me what he found and what he suggested. Also helped reprogram my thermostats to unlock a feature that was not previously available and saved me tons of money buying new thermostats. Would highly recommend Kayvan and Exact Temp Heating and Cooling.
Kenny was prompt and professional. He evaluated both aging heating and air units and recommended services to keep both operating efficiently without breaking the bank. He was easy to talk to you and took the time to explain everything in layman's terms. I will definitely call upon this company again for future work. I felt they were honest & knowledgeable.
The customer service lady was really nice, I just told her: " it 's not working." I was so happy she made the appointment for the next day. thanks god I didn't have to waited long. Kayvan ( the technician) came out on time ; he was knowledgeable , professional, and competent . Most importantly , he fixed the problem! I'm glad I had picked this company , and they don't charge 3% if you are using American Express credit card to make a payment! I will use this company again for any HVAC problems. I highly recommend this company, and I will be passing word of mouth to my families and friends .
They did annual maintenance on my AC I bought from them last year. The pro did a thorough review of system and explained everything. System is working perfectly. Also, office staff was great in scheduling this service. I am very pleased with Exact Temp!
Exact Temp was recommended to us by a neighbor and I can’t say enough good things about this company. They just replaced 3 fifteen year old AC units for us. Kenny talked us through the various brands and options and helped us select the best units for us based on our existing furnaces, efficiency preference, etc. They were more than fair on the price but more than that, did extremely high quality work. Kenny and his team were superb through the entire process and communication was great from start to finish. We could not be happier with the our experience here and the finished product.
Overall my experience with Exact Temp was very positive. The technician, Kayvan, was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He took the time to consider a secondary issue we were having and suggest possible solutions at various price points, and was helpful in walking us through the operation of our new thermostat. The cost was comparable to other companies' estimates. I'm giving a four rather than 5 star rating only because I found the scheduling process lacking. The short version: I received text communications about my appointment from three different phone numbers, each of which cited a different time or range of times, only one of which I'd indicated worked for me. I admittedly didn't try to reach out to the company to clarify, largely because I didn't expect it to accomplish anything, and because given the previous contradictions I probably wouldn't have felt especially confident in the answer regardless. I'll include the full story at the end of this review for anyone who's interested. Ultimately, I wouldn't necessarily *not* hire them again, because I was happy with Kayvan's work. Next time I'd just know to take any proposed scheduling agreement with a grain of salt. --- The long version of the scheduling saga: I made the initial appointment for a consultation via text, and when I inquired, the representative informed me that they had availability 11am-1pm on one day or 10am the following. I agreed to the 10am and was told they'd put me on the schedule, and twice provided further information upon request. A few minutes after the second request for information -- presumably I hadn't provided everything they were looking for in response to the first, which had only referred to "contact information" generally -- I received a message from a different number 'confirming' that my appointment was scheduled for 11am. That coincided with an important work-related call, so I never would have chosen that time slot, but decided to go ahead and try to m
Kayvan at Exact Temp is now our "go to" for anything heating and air. I think this is our fourth or fifth time using them. He's friendly, explains everything in detail, and doesn't try to upsell you on things you dont need. Highly recommend.

They have always gone above and beyond. I've been with them 4 or 5 years now. Kenny was at my house a few days ago to fix a broken fan motor in my air handler that was under warranty. He went ahead and checked the other unit and ended up finding a wire that was burnt and would eventually short out. He also pulled coils out of my whole house fresh air system (came with the house) and cleaned them. I've owned this house since 2012 and never done it. It was very dirty. You might be wondering how much did the non warranty work cost? Nothing. He just went ahead and did it. I really appreciate it Kenny, and thank you for always being a professional and providing good quality and honest work. That's a rare thing to find these days. Update: 5/7/21. Had an issue with the heat pump they installed. They came out quickly and fixed it at no charge. Great service and a great company. Still highly recommend. Update: 6/6/2022 Still excellent service. Kayvon has been to my house performing preventative maintenance on both systems for a few years now. Happy to say both systems are running strong. One system is 16 years old. I love this company and highly recommend. Keep up the good work. Update 3/27/2023: I still love this company. Everything I've mentioned in the past remain true. I get routine preventative maintenance twice a year. Both my HVAC's are running great with no issues. Great company, great people, and if that changes you'll see it in these updates. Very nice, address the necessary repair and did not try to do any more than was needed. I appreciated how they handled this repair and will use them again.
Exact Temp communicated with me about setting up appointment time & arrival time. They arrived on time. They offered advice on what repair was needed & price. They suggested repair options. Did not make false promises. Kenny showed me equipment readings so I could see for myself what he was explaining & why he was offering his recommendations. Basically, Kenny (owner) seemed honest & reliable. The visit felt positive. I had a sense of confidence in his work. My neighbor had used this company & referred them to me. Now I know why & I'll also refer them as well.
Can't recommend them enough--great service, reliable, and honest. Good guys that can answer your questions and who do a great job. Kenny and Kayvan are excellent!

Kayvan came out to our house to do a inspection and possible cleaning of our evaporator coils. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely be using Exact Temp for my future HVAC needs!

Our heat went out, and we called the next morning. Even though they were originally booked up that day, they were able to fit us in. I am very thankful for this as this was a particularly cold day and was only forecast to get colder as the week progressed. The service tech was very helpful and walked us through everything. Couldn't recommend enough.
