Let me tell you about my experience with Emergency Heating and Cooling. Shane is amazing. We were going through our warranty company and they were trying to jerk us around a little bit. Shane worked with us throughout the entire process, which I might add that he didn't have to do any of what he did, the T&C of the warranty company. He went above and beyond for us and got our unit replaced and we finally had A.C after weeks of being without. I wish I had known about EH&C years ago, Shane is honest, professional and just an all around great human being. You have definitely earned a customer for life, sir!!!! Thank you again! I have a home warranty with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. We had an issue with our HVAC not cooling properly. 2-10 sent out Emergency Heating and Cooling who was able to quickly check our unit. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it. We have three units, which I asked them to look at those too. This required additional paper work with 2-10 which they completed all themselves and handled. They identified issue with one of the other two units and made the repair. The house now cools 10x better than it ever has. They were prompt, professional and skilled. I will use again.
Very professional and didn’t want to just replace my unit as others. They actually know how to maintain and or repair older systems.

Shane was great; professional and efficient. We used him to get a second opinion and he ended up saving us a lot of money and hassle in the long run. We will definitely call him again next time we need our system serviced.
The AC at my residence stopped cooling. We have a home warranty and this company was the one sent by the warranty company. Some times dealing with service techs through a home warranty can be a challenge. Much to our surprise Within 30 minutes the tech Shane had text me about the service and arrived at the property within an hour. He quickly identified and located the leak, as I was away he took a video of the issue and sent it to me. The unit was repaired and the repairs and corrective service was explained. The unit was fixed and later that same day Shane followed up via text to ensure the unit was still working properly. Home warranty coverage or no home warranty coverage I will definitely contact this company for any further issues with my heating and air. Thank You for excellent professional service.
