Adam is good people, friendly, highly skilled and will not give you the run-a-round. Adam knew exactly what part needed to be replaced by listening to the AC issue I was having. Then he showed me the bad condition of the part. He repaired my AC quickly. And informed me of some self maintenance tips to help keep my AC in good condition. Eventhough the part was inexpensive and some could have replaced it themselves. I preferred to pay for the expert diagnosis to saves me time, frustration and possibly electrocution. I will definitely use City H&A again. Thanks Adam!
One of the most honest service technicians I have met. The tech did not immediately try to sell me a new AC unit instead the tech invited me to watch him work and educated me on maintaining the unit. After some general cleaning and a couple of pounds of Freon my AC works better now than it did when it was first installed 14 years ago.

Highly recommend. Adam is knowledgeable and efficient in the work that he does. Our AC had been out for 4 weeks with multiple companies in and out of our unit. Adam came in, immediately knew the issue and resolved within 48 hours. We will definitely be using them in the future.
Honest, knowledgible, and trust-worthy. He arrived promptly and quickly took care of the real issues for a reasonable amount after another HVAC company tried to scare me into buying a new system by presenting me with a ridiculously high repair estimate.
Woke up to a cold house, Adam called me right back and was at my house within a few hours. Talked through everything as he went and was one of the most pleasant service experiences I’ve ever had. Will use from now on.
This guy Adam (City Heating and Air) came out to repair my unit and I felt like he didn't know what he was doing...just came out throwing parts at it like he was working on a car trying to figure out what's going on with it without testing them. The parts he put on wasn't the problem. He came two days in a row and he still did not fix it! On the 2nd attempt he told me he was going to speak with the manufacturer and I've never seen or heard from him since. That's bad business!!! I gave them a 1 star because I can't go lower. I do not recommend this company to no one.
We had issues with our downstairs AC and Adam was able to come out and get AC working properly the same day! Highly recommend City Heating and Air.
Adam was amazing! He came to my house when no one else was available for 3 days. Walked me through what he was doing and gave me options on how to proceed with repairs. City heating and air installed my heating and air conditioning unit in 2010. Adam has been very helpful in maintaining the units. I have recommended him to family and friends often in the past 12 years. Dependable and trustworthy.
The service provider did complete the repair. While he was outside puting freon in my unit, he spotted a snake that was eating a frog! He quickly jumped into action and killed the snake!! I called that Top Notch Service!! Thank you so much for adding on snake slayer duties.
I can't say enough positive things about my family's experience with City Heating and Air. They installed an HVAC unit at my parent's house a few years ago and were a pleasure to work with- fair and affordable pricing, proficient, on time and very knowledgable! My parents have Alzheimer's disease now, and their system wasn't working. The owner came out and was so kind and caring for my parents. He was able to quickly fix the unit and taught me how to properly care for the system to avoid any future issues. Not only this, but because he remembered working with my parents years ago, he did the service for free! I also randomly called him one time to help me with installing a Nest thermostat. He walked me through it, even though it didn't really have anything to do with the HVAC system. You don't find service like this from big companies- I am so thankful to this company and how they truly care for their community!
I have used Adam for repairs of a 16 year old lennox system with particular difficulty with the upstairs system. He has been honest, punctual with almost always same day response. In the last repair of the upstairs heating ignitor coil Adam advised against repair as it had failed twice in 6 months and he highly suspected a bad board or a $800.-$1000. board replacement. I opted for the $170.00 new ignition coil and of course he was correct it burnt out in 6 weeks. Personable and very professional, Adam builds friendships as well as a strong cliental base.

If you are his regular client he will be sure to put you first and will come no matter what time of the day or night that you call.

My house was getting hotter by the minute! The motor on the air conditioning unit was broken. Fortunately, it was under warranty; so Adam was able to get me the part to fix this problem even though it took him extra time to contact Carrier. Very professional, reliable and affordable!!
Our house was 81 degrees and Adam from your company answered my call on first ring. He was at my home in 30 mins! The motor was blown in unit and would need to be ordered.Adam supplied us with portable devices to keep my family safe and cool. I am very pleased with him and will be using your company more.My air is fixed now and a cool 73 degrees, he was not only professional but very educated in his profession.
Adam from City Heating and Air is by far the best. We highly recommend them. My A/C went out on a Sunday when it was 90 degrees out. Adam was kind enough to leave a portable A/C so we could get though the night . Showed up first thing Monday with a new motor and fixed unit
He was at my house within 20 minutes of my call. He had our AC fixed in a few minutes! The price was reasonable. He was very professional, informative, friendly and courteous! Definitely will call him for anything that comes up in the future.
