This experience with this company has been and absolute headache. The lack of integrity, organization and follow through is unbelievable. When Chantel put me on there schedule no one showed up. I had to threaten to find someone else for the job to get someone out the next day. When I needed them come out for a second time because they never crawled under the house to fix a issue that was discussed they rescheduled multiple times prolonging me listing the property that needed and still needs work. Go to someone else anyone who takes pride in building their business because I consider the way my business was brushed off as disrespectful and unprofessional. The worst part is I was referred by a family friend. 2/10 don’t recommend.
I can't say enough about Charles In Charge, they are prompt, professional & know their stuff. They did our new heating/air install in 2020, exceptionally pleased with the service, especially since this happened during the summer months. We had to reach out again in 2022, due to the a/c issues, due to maintenance fell by the wayside because of my husband's heart issue & he normally handles all of this. They were prompt, came out & although we had a service agreement in place from prior years with another company, who's slogan is they treat you like family....well I will continue to use Charles In Charge, they are hands down one of the best in the business! Thanks for everything!!!

HORRIBLE!! Home Warranty sent these idiots to our new home. DID NOT REPAIR and had to call my private HVAC people to come fix correctly. When I called to complain Mike actually CUSSED ME OUT!! Will not give me my money back. I've reported to our Home Warranty people, BBB and also am giving poor reviews on every website I can. DO NOT USE.
Charles is a very professional businessman. Very attentive to the needs of new and returning customers. He was recommended by a good friend of mine and had not let my family down.Wonderfulful personality!

These guys came out to service our A/C under our home warranty. They provided same day service and got everything taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Great experience.

The level of professionalism, customer service and honesty displayed by the owner and technician, Mike, is outstanding. I rarely take the time to write a review but Charles in Charge is as far as you need to look for all your HVAC needs. Straight-talk and up front pricing whether you just trying to maintain what you have or ball-out on a new system. Even if you are ‘balling on a budget’ they will give you the options, risks and recommendations to help you make the best HVAC decision for you. We’ve had full furnace and AC replacements and maintenance services from Charles in Charge over the last 5 years. Call them!
We have used Charles on two different occasions. They were automatically chosen for our home repair warranty when the AC went out. Mike showed up (technician), and is quite honestly the most genuine person we’ve dealt with in a long time. He was professional, on time, polite, and able to explain things to where anyone can understand. We decided to convert the garage into two bedrooms, and got estimates from several places. Charles was by far the most competitive, and after dealing with Mike, we decided to use them again. Mike and his helper showed up, and completed the job in no time. They were again on time, professional, courteous, and incredibly hard working. They cleaned up their mess from the install each day, reviewed and explained everything they did, and made us feel comfortable with a topic we don’t know much about. The thing that stuck out was Mike went the extra mile, and thought ahead to do a clean install in the attic, leaving us room for storage and to be able to use the space comfortably. We talked with Charles several times, and he was always a pleasure to talk to, up front and honest, and didn’t have anything hidden or extra like a lot of other places. We are absolutely impressed, amazed, and happy with the work that was done. Charles - if you read this, Mike is the sole reason we went with you again. He is a top notch employee, and a pleasure to be around. His work ethic is amazing, has outstanding integrity, and has the ability to explain his trade in normal terms anyone can understand. Thank you for a job well done. We would highly recommend you to anyone in the future!
Mike nice is always on the job. He is so nice an self explanatory. He get the job done an make sure we are Good to go. I would recommend them to anyone cause they are the best that I ever had so far.

Contacted Charles to get an estimate on an a/c and furnance replacement. He and his staff were prompt, courteous and professional throughout the process. We met on Monday and the install was completed within 3 days. Thanks for the great work!
Charles in charge a great heating and air company. Excellent service and professionalism! Purchased brand new AC unit and Furnace from them three years ago Charles was honest, transtransparent and very knowledgeable. I will continue to use Charles for all my heating and air service needs
