Kingsport Heating and Air Kingsport Tennessee: Services: A/C system repair, Thermostat installation, HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance, Install thermostat, Heating system installation, Repair HVAC, Thermostat repair Critical: Quality This a family owned business so we hate leaving a review like this during these crazy times. 1st of all Kingsport Heating and Air has a fantastic and hard working office staff and they have fantastic technicians in the field! however the Carrier line of products have gone down hill! I purchased a Carrier infinity unit for a new house we built 20 months ago, we have had 17 service calls in 18 months finding a problem each and every time with the unit! Carrier corporation has gone down hill and the Rep. for Carrier Rep. refuses to call me back and refuses to answer a text message! This was a the top of the line unit we purchased, 17 service calls!!!! We have had electrical issues with the unit, squirrel cage issues, leaking issues onto the upstairs sub floor, we have had the thermostat replaced at least 3 separate times, the outdoor fan motor replaced, Etc.. We will never again purchase a Carrier product and will not recommend them to anyone we know! Carrier will not work with the dealer who sold us the unit and stated they are NOT going to do anything for us, The field Rep never even came out to look at the issues! This is a lesson learned and $17,500 down the crapper! Attached photos are for each separate service call at our home! The owner of the company tells me his hands are tied because of Carrier! If your builder tells you let’s install a Carrier unit you need to run as far as you can and purchase another brand! This is our 5th Carrier unit that we have purchased in the last 30 years (5 separate homes we built), this will be our last Carrier Unit as well. We did purchase a 10 year Carrier Warranty from the dealer thank goodness. We are disappointed in the owner for not standing up to Carrier for his customers!! Botto

I picked up a load yesterday, there was huge line up. It Almost took 3 hours to PU load. When I left the line up was even longer. Shipping open at 6.45am Receiving open at 5.45am Have patience Rest, they will give you proper instructions how to secure load. Drive Safe
Truck arrived on time and shipping went home, was told by the guard shack. They are probably starved for oxygen - as they still wear muzzles. . Do not waste your time in coming here to load. - you’ve been warned.
Derric was extremely unprofessional and very rude. Had an attitude with me during our whole interaction. Will be contacting corporate about this extremely rude and nasty worker.
Was told to deliver straight through 5 hours in 30 minute drive after loading up 1 pallet at 6:00pm est I arrived a 12:00am in had to wait till 6:00am an still took till 7:00am basically just a waste of clock time

Do not take a load from here. They will take hours I booked a load at a great rate. Arrive put on the wagon chain down only for them to cancel shipment due to them losing paperwork
This is a great place MR TIM that works out front is amazing he does a GREAT JOB with shipping trucks..Also JASON is also those are 2 GREAT GUYS really make it so much better to like and come to this PLACE
Security and procedural overkill. Takes ages to do anything and nobody is trying to be faster. Shipping closes 2:30pm Those extra few hundred for the load is just not worth the lost time and micro-management. Actual warehouse guys are ok.

This is laughable. You have to wear a mask in the security building to check in to deliver/pickup. They have plexiglass in place between you and them. What a joke. Must be a democrat company listing to the fake "science". Haven't worn a mask in 2 months anywhere walk into this place they require a mask..WHAT A JOKE
