Kenny and Carolina Repair Services went above and beyond to repair our HVAC issues. I contacted Carolina Repair Services after several poor experiences with a home warranty company and inadequate repairs. So much so that one technician even refused the job. Kenny was professional and courteous from the initial interaction. He was upfront and explained the issues (in layman's terms) and the cost breakdown for repairs. Our issue was not an easy solve yet Kenny fit us into his schedule until the job was complete. Carolina Repair Services has earned our business for future HVAC needs and I've already referred him to a friend.
I don't leave a lot of reviews but for this company I was very pleased with the unbelievable service. This team went above and beyond my expectations. They gave me a unbeatable price and had me a inside and outside unit put in the next day. I'm new to this area and I will never call anyone else for my heating and ac. Both Kenny and Frank are honest and know the business. Thanks Kenny and Frank you guy are the best!!!!
Carolina Repair Services installed a brand new 2 unit HVAC and did an excellent job. They were affordable and efficient and installed us high quality units for a great price. I would highly recommend Carolina Repair to any who needs a HVAC unit repaired or installed.
We replaced our HVAC system less than a week ago. Kenny was awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional. He was on time and got our new system working in less than a few hours. We will definitely be using him again.
