Octavin was extremely professional and personable. He arrived on time and was very honest. While doing maintenance on my condenser to inspect and find what could be going on with my system he found an issue and came to talk to me about it, then after double checking his own work the issue basically fixed itself and he came to tell me with extreme surprise. He didn’t do the work anyway even though it would make more money, he didn’t cheat me, he came inside to tell me. This honesty is why I will request him any time I need HVAC work done. Thank you.

Mr Rankin was very prompt he came out inspected our air conditioning unit, explained what needed to be replaced and repaired he was not a pushy sale person. Mr. Rankin is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to his job, he really has his stuff together, we didn't have to worry about anything. We will be recommending him to all our family and friends.
First off, I wouldn't call just anyone to go to my mom's house. A few of the things mom had to say: "very professional, very nice, very sweet, hard working" and more. Octavian made sure to let us know about the difference in repair vs replace. Replacement was the best long run option for us. Mom got her first good nights sleep in almost 2 weeks. Thank you, Jason
