Andy actually came out and gave a demo for using all the bells and whistles on our new HVAC system, great service!
I had Andy Lewis replace my ac and furnace. They were professional, courteous and did a great job on the estimate and installation. They were also very affordable compared to many of the other estimates I recieved. I will recommend them to anyone needing hvac services.
AC coil went out at the worst time. We are new to town and called another large local company (MJ) and got an estimate that felt a bit off. Got a second opinion from Andy Lewis and saved big money. While we were waiting for the part and install they came by on a holiday and brought us a temporary unit to help take the edge off. Super professional and straight up dudes, we have someone we can trust now.
Unfortunately, we were forced to use Andy Lewis because they were part of the contract. The first time we had an issue. They came out and we explained the system could not have been installed correctly. The top unit can be off but the air/ heat would flow into the room. The bed/bathroom the air never worked in those areas, even the rooms that are closed. They ignored our concerns, but said that we should get the maintenance plan. We paid, but it was hard scheduling visits. I phoned yesterday 7/9/22 for assistance, of course the warranty has expired, but the guy told me because, I wasn’t a customer they would not be able to help me until about a month. ( he said because they have not serviced our residence since 2020. We are not their customer anymore. I told him, I wasn’t allowing any one in my home during Covid times. He brushed it off and said oh well, we never stopped our appointments. Needless to say, I will never bother your company again about servicing our home, but hopefully you realize before it’s too late. Once a customer always a customer. Customer service 101.
Called when they were about 20 mins away before getting to my house. I was just to check on something for me. Employee was very helpful.
We had a persistent problem with our HVAC and these guys were all over it. Very helpful and answered all of our questions.
Good service. Technician Joe Hortie was friendly & explained the service pretty well. Did a thorough check/ maintenance. I would recommend them to friends and family.
Darron was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to get my AC unit up and running in no time. I wouldn’t even hesitate to give Andy Lewis Heating & Air a call for any HVAC needs.
They came out, checked everything and told me what was wrong, I haven’t replaced the part yet to know if they were correct but it seems like it makes sense that it is broken. 100 dollars for the diagnostic took him about an hour to figure it out
Tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Tech took the time to answer all my questions. Very happy with company and service received thus far.

We were so pleased by the service provided by Andy Lewis heating and air. We had two other companies come out previously and tell us we needed parts and new equipment. When Andy Lewis got there they fixed the part on the spot for a fraction of the cost. Friendly service techs and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone!
Had Noah if Andy Lewis come out today for our preventative maintenance and could not be more pleased with him. Good personality and very congenial with us. He took his time answered any questions we had . He did his job professionally and was on his way. Thank you Noah for a very professional and accommodating visit.
Dylan very nice young man! Had to replace igniter onA/C unit! Was working at 6capacity so recommend to replace it! He was quick respectable and considerate and knowledgeable!
Kevin spent over 2 hrs. Up in the attic ( on a very warm day!) and then outside checking out our 2 Carrier units. He explained what he was doing the entire time. I truly appreciate his knowledge, honesty and hard work! I highly recommend Andy Lewis for all your heat and air maintenance. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Only reason they even got a 1 is because of the service technician, Bryan. Otherwise would have given a 0. Positives: Bryan arrived and got right to work diagnosing the problem. Units are less than 2-years old, installed and semi-annually service by Andy Lewis. He check the system and found system completely void of refrigerant. Had to add 10lb. Was here 8 hours. Negatives: when I called in, spoke with (I believe Cassidy) she didn’t really want to hear my story, just let me know someone would be out sometime tomorrow. When I asked to speak to the service manager, she said she would pass along. Have never heard from this person. Terrible customer service. The unit is less than 2-years old and already a major repair. Feel the unit should have been replaced but as I can’t anyone to call me from the organization , not able to have that discussion. When I was spending $20K on units and installation they couldn’t call me enough, now… not so much. Very disappointed as I have used this company for years. Seems like maybe they have gotten too big to care about customer satisfaction anymore.

We received great service from Joe & Chris! Joe explained everything and let us make the decisions on what to do. There was no pressure only kindness. That being said we have decided that we will form a relationship with Andy Lewis and let them do our maintenance for the future. Thx so much for having Joe he is a true asset to your company!
Andy Lewis removed and replaced my upstairs HVAC and outside units. The guys were on time, professional and neat. When they were done, it’s like they were never here, but for the new system. Good value and good work.
Joe was person that did service on time , very professional and friendly. Can only said my experience was very good. When I need my air conditioner service in summer would like to have him (joe) come out then. Thank you
