My appointment was for 12 -5, rep called at 11am and said he was on the way. He figured out why air temp in home was different from what we set the thermostat to. Fixed issue within 30 mins. Service fast and great.

I received outstanding, professional and timely service from AirTron Techs, Solo and Chris S. 06/05/23. They presented a can-do work posture throughout the entire process of getting my A/C up and running. 07/05/23 Service Tech Ryan, a skilled professional uninstalled the rescue motor then completed the installation of the variable speed motor in a timely manner. for the entire time I waited for the motor order and to come in .... Absolute garbage company and quality. We have a brand new unit from Dec 2021 that has consistently stopped working with malfunctioning parts, and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone there. Our HVAC unit has broken down over the past two Christmases and also is not working now in the 90+ degree July 4 heat!!! Avoid this company at all costs. They are horrible. Read the BBB reviews

If I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't go with Airtron at all for anything. From the day we got our "new" HVAC there has been an issue and multiple technician calls. Have they replaced it. NO. Have we asked. YES. No one can seem to provide information as to who to speak with directly at corporate to get resolved and it's almost to the point of obtaining legal council. First week was low freon, then loud sound, then a part was replaced on a "new" unit, as soon as that was done an issue with maintaining temp, then told its two dampeners, then loss of AC. We've placed 2 emergency calls this week alone and no one has followed up or shown up. Supposed to be on the schedule for today and NOTHING. Issues with confirming appointments then being told we weren't on the schedule. The back and forth is crazy. This is a lot of money to have these type of issues. In the end, we'll do what needs yo be done. Do better for your customers.

Moved into our new build in Dec and already had to call Airtron 4 times for the same issue, water dripping out the pipe into the pan. Maybe they are good at installing and not repairing what they install. Ridiculous! Everytime it's someone new that comes out so the problem has to be company wide..How hard could it be to figure out what's causing the issue if that's your profession?! Receptionist said just keep putting a towel down to get the water up?! Really!! That's the advice you give a homeowner
