What can I say about Adams Heating & Air conditioning! These people were AMAZING!!! From the first initial call to talking to our technician Eddie who was skilled, knowledgeable about his work and patient with our decision making! They really gave us a 5 star experience and I will continue to use them! Eddie was on time for both appointments and communicated with me through the whole process! Thank you!

Great experience with Adams. Marco in sales was patient and informative and answered all of my questions. I particularly appreciate the format of the proposal, with options for upgrades. Easy to understand. Installation crew was highly professional. On time, cleaned up after themselves, worked well as a team. They were also experienced and took their time thinking through solutions to a couple of unanticipated obstacles. They also kept me updated and answered my questions, which I appreciated. I also appreciate how Adams sticks with their installation quote, even when things don’t go quite as planned. All in all, we got great equipment, tailored to our needs; and we feel comfortable that the Adams team will be a good partner in servicing these units down the road.

Technician doing yearly maintenance check found problem with outside AC unit not showing power. Kept checking everything but wasn’t until generator serviceman who was also here to replace a generator part took a look at the generator load devise box and determined the bad circuit in it was affecting the AC unit power. He bypassed that circuit, and Adams tech was able to finish servicing the AC. The Adams tech didn’t quit until he had AC working properly so we have air and our electrician can replace bad circuit. Thank Adams tech for not giving up.

I have been using Adams for 35 years. Upon our move a year ago, i inherited a brand new system with an extended warranty tied to another HVAC company. The shoddy repairwork and the sketchy nature of that company pushed me to call Adams to work on my system, knowing i probably wouldnt be able to use my warranty. Adams diagnosed my problem correctly and even worked with the warranty company to get it transferred so that i could use it, even though they didnt have to. The are SUCH and honest company with great technicians. I will never use anyone else. It is a shame it took another well known, yet slimy company to remind me of why ive always used them.

This week ,Cory, a senior tech at Adams diagnosed a very complicated problem with my unit not getting electricity due to a faulty power switch module. I am confident that this was something the majority of HVAC techs would not have been able to fix. Thanks to Cory my issue was solved and all is well.

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a new house and as we got to checking out all the systems, we called our previous HVAC company to perform a routine inspection on our unit. After being told we had two leaks, one in the furnace and one in the AC unit, we were told it would cost upwards of $6,000 to repair, and then pressured into a sales pitch for a brand new system upwards of $16,000. The whole experience didn't sit right with me, and that's when I found Adams and their free second opinion. The tech that came out was incredibly professional, thorough, and straight forward. He informed us that we had, in fact, no leaks, and our system is in great working condition. After moving, and the expenses that come with it, we're so grateful for Adams and their honesty and professionalism. Without them, we might be spending $16,000+ to replace a unit that was never broken in the first place.

This company is a complete fraud. They upsell options such as Zoning which was sold to us by “ Marco Ferreira” for $1300 and it never worked. So this Zoning option upsold by the so called Comfort specialist Marco was a complete money grab and it was like throwing down money down the drain and into the coffers of John Adams. The extra work and the delay in installation was because of change in furnace a decision made by Adams based on non availability of the agreed upon unit at the time of install and the lack of accurate measurements by their comfort specialist - Marco— all of which was their fault. They could have pre ordered the agreed upon unit or measured the attic space correctly. Somehow Adams takes pride in extra work they did which was a direct result of their own incompetence and lack of due diligence before the installation. I was never happy with the delay and was livid during installation and had expressed my frustration to Marco and installation team and even spoke with the service manager and expressed my displeasure the day of the installation as we had to sleep in the home without a functioning AC . So Adams and their installation team could not fit the unit in the attic space since they didn’t know how much space was required for the unit and who was responsible for measuring the Attic space prior to install - one MARCO FERREIRA !! This is like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand was doing.. If Marco had measured the Attic space correctly than the delay would have not happened and also there was no need to reconfigure the attic space and extra work Adams seems to take a misplaced sense of pride.. So you don’t do the due diligence and prep work and that causes the delay and result in doing the extra work and customer not having a functioning AC overnight and somehow the business takes pride in this botched installation. Bravo !! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 So Marco or team who is responding to the review conveniently leaves out the detail about

We used Adams to replace our AC this summer when our 27 year old system finally crashed during a heat wave. We reached out to three different companies, but none were as prompt, professional, and reasonably priced as Adams. Marco Ferreira was on top of everything. From promptly answering calls and emails to keeping us informed every step of the way. He was able to ensure we received our new unit in an extremely timely manner and everything was done to the upmost quality. I cannot fully express the level of TERRIFFIC this company actually is. It's never "comfortable" to have a team of strangers in your home, except this time. Adams provided a quote for nearly $1,000 for a repair on an HVAC unit. Decided I would get another quote since it seemed odd to me, and the other company found a wire had become undone and fixed it for the price of a service call. Approached Adams to let them know that they had tried to charge me $1k for nothing and for a refund of my initial service call fee, and I never heard back. I would advise you to find another HVAC service company, or at least obtain another quote for any repair.
