Everyone at Acosta was professional and courteous: Duke, Jamie, Jeremy, Steven, Christie, and Sherry.
Installation was done but was surprised that I paid almost $2000 for an installation fee. The unit itself was listed as $709 online. I paid over $2800. I know it's been hot but don't think It's appropriate for the huge upcharge.
A technician drilled a hole in the side of my HVAC unit. Sure it was an accident but the professional thing to do would have been to repair it. After inspecting my unit the Acosta technician quoted me $3,700 for a repair. I called several other local companies and every quote for the same service came back less than $1000. There is absolutely no reason for a $2,700 difference in a cost for repair. I will never call Acosta again and cannot recommend them.
Victor Ordonez was the absolute best electrician I’ve ever used! He was extremely insightful, knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. Explained all of our options and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend using him for any electrical issues.
The guys with Acosta installed a mini-split unit in our bonus room. They did a great job and we are very pleased. I would highly recommend them.

Cancelled my plan. Every time they come out to service my units of which I purchased from Acosta they want to give me a $10k in immediate things to fix. I thought the purpose of the plan was preventative maintenance not a sales opportunity to constantly cost us more money in the thousands every year.
Acosta Heating and Cooling just replaced my entire heating and cooling system. Everyone from the technicians, sales people and the installers have been very professional, responsive and great to deal with. Jeremy, the sales guy was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Juan and Kevin, the installers were excellent, especially taking care to clean up afterwards. Thanks Acosta!!!

Steve was great, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough, we ended up going with another provider as their offering and timetable seemed a better fit but I would have been comfortable with Steve as well. Spent a great deal Of time taking down info and trying to access our needs, great service
Jake always keeps me informed about my system and does a great job. I believe he is honest and I trust his recommendations.
We had the best experience with the entire staff at Acosta. From our beginnings stages with Marcia and Josh to our entire unit being replaced by Steve, Duke & Jamie all within a day. We felt valued the entire time as they made sure that we were informed on our repairs and educated throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions immediately and were extremely professional. I would recommend them to everyone!
My new HVAC Company will be Acosta. They were on time, very professional and fixed my hvac system no problem. I highly recommend using them.

Zach took the time to make sure our A/C unit was running like new. He also called the next day to make sure we were satisfied. Will use Acosta again.
Tony came out to help me run maintenance on my home generator and took the time to explain how it all worked and how I would maintain it myself if I chose to. He was professional and knowledgeable. I plan on using their services for any air, heating, generator, or electrical problems I have in the future.
