Must use fake reviews, because I've had the most horrible experience with the front office people , Sheena B. Not professional what's so ever, super demanding and makes company's allow them to provide parts and wants the cheapest parts possible for any building. So they can make the most money on the job and then turn around and want to pay the bare minimum. Many many bad years of Un professionalism, Disrespectful people and controlling group of individuals. Do not use!!!!!!!
I am a veteran owned Handyman company in Montana who did work for this company as a 3rd party contactor. Trying to get paid from them a bit over $200 and all I get is no answer from them. 41 days have gone by and still no payment. Don't deal with this company as they don't care for the independent type contractor. If you can't pay $200 you probably should close down.
This place is horrible if you are one of their vendors. Contractors beware. They will not pay you. Hours of paperwork and hoops to jump through for even a small job. NOT WORTH GETTING INVOLVED WITH.
I have worked with 23rd Group for several years now and in all that time had one issue with a delayed payment, I reached out to them and they solved this problem immediately. I recommend all contractors work with this company.
23rd is in the top 10 companies that we are currently & have been doing business with for more than 6 years now. The key to any National account company, like 23rd Group, LLC, is to understand the rules, requirements & policies that have to abide by. Volume of work has a lot of merit to any issues that arise from discrepancies. This is important & all National Account's companies are dealing with, because of new staff, misinformed staff or not all the details conveyed to the contracting company which then in turn affects the local vendor. All in all, the positive out ways the negative, almost all the time. People are people so we can always come to a resolution to issues that arise. Thanks 23rd Group!

Wow! We also did not get paid for our services. Shauntia refused to pay for work completed. Do your research if you are considering working for this company
They shorted us on our bill and refused to pay the full amount. Dishonest.
Our company reached out to Shauntia to discuss 23rd group taking over some of our clients. We are restructuring, and are no longer able support. She was rude on the phone call…. Almost like she had something else to do. Very unprofessional. We have chosen to go another direction. All Facilities.

As a vendor partner for over a year now, I clearly see the 23rd Group has the same integrity as I do being the owner of FnLocksmith, LLC. Their professionalism along with their response time is one to be proud of. I have been working with similar businesses for 20 years, I understand it takes time to get paid from big brand stores and to always get NTE approval before proceeding, that’s what all clients want and the 23rd Group always has this in mind, which makes for good business. I’m just small business but if I was CFO of a big brand store I sure would choose this business for my facility needs.
